I love the Outlook toolbar that GlobalMeet has incorporated, as I use it to create announcements for web meetings, start my audio and web meetings with just a few clicks, have the program call me so I do not need to remember phone numbers and passcodes, see those attending my call, control noise by muting callers, and even record the call for later usage.

When you get a large number of users on GlobalMeet it tends to slow things down a little bit but with the support group at hand things picked back up quickly.

The presenter experience can be improved: Increase the presenter interface to show the attendees and chat while in a screen share (not viewable by the others) without having to navigate away from your current window for a smoother presentation.
