There are number of features which work great, including some of the following:
- Drag and drop tasks into boards.
- Creating multiple boards for new projects.
- Assigning a team their tasks.
- Dashboard management.
What needs improvement?
In terms of time, recording the service can be improved. Users should be able to log their time against the tasks and visual reports should be available in Trello for time spent.

What is our primary use case?
My primary use case for Trello is project management and collaboration with specific teams, mainly dealing with customized customer requests for content. I typically use Trello to organize tasks by going to the relevant board, adding descriptions, attachments, dates, and members, and then managing the project through comments and updates.
What is most valuable?
Trello has several valuable features. It is easy to add attachments or photos. Assuming that card titles are used correctly, it is easy to find past cards and projects due to customizable titles. Trello's interface is aesthetically pleasing for project management, and it enhances collaboration with other team members. Trello simplifies collaboration, reducing long email chains that are hard to follow. It lays out information in a straightforward manner, saving time and avoiding confusion and frustration.
What needs improvement?
Improvement can be made in accessing cards via email for easier communication. The search function could be optimized, especially when card titles are not specified. It would be beneficial to have a search system that can pull up topics using keywords or AI-driven capabilities, making it easier to find relevant cards.

I have been using Trello for about five years.

We briefly used Monday in conjunction, but it did not adopt well with our organization. Trello works very well for us because each department has a separate board, which suits our needs better.
