I use Trello for project management along with my team. 

It is used for managing projects with our clients and updating tasks along with status updates. It helps us manage projects successfully.

It helped us to organize project information and assign tasks to team members properly. Managing several projects together works with Trello.

There are number of features which work great, including some of the following:

1. Drag and drop tasks into boards.
2. Creating multiple boards for new projects.
3. Assigning a team their tasks.
4. Dashboard management.

In terms of time, recording the service can be improved. Users should be able to log their time against the tasks and visual reports should be available in Trello for time spent.

We are using Trello to manage our sales queue with integration with Salesforce and to handle our administrative tasks.

We use Trello internally to manage our tasks. Specifically, we are using the Kanban board feature to move tasks from one status to another, which helps in organizing and tracking work efficiently.

The most valuable feature of Trello for us is the user-friendly interface. The graphical nature of Trello makes it easy to adopt for non-expert and non-technical people. The boards are particularly useful for moving tasks through different statuses.

It is somewhat challenging to move to the automation part of Trello. This is based on feedback from our team members who have tried to implement automation features.

We have been using Trello since Atlassian acquired it.

Trello is pretty stable. We haven't faced any significant issues, and our clients who use it also find it stable, even with a hundred users.

From our experience, Trello is good for small and medium-sized teams but not suitable for enterprise-level usage. For enterprise levels, we recommend Jira.

The technical support from Atlassian for Trello is satisfactory.

The pricing for Trello is relatively cheap compared to other similar solutions.

We have not worked with any other similar solutions besides Trello and other Atlassian products.

There's nothing specific I wish I had known before starting with Trello. It's an easy tool to adopt and use. I highly recommend considering its user-friendly nature for simple task management.

My organization used the solution for task management.

Trello is a task manager. It is a focused app. It doesn't have lots of bells and whistles, just task management. The product has a lot of integrations.

The product could add more features. It must be more robust and a bit more comprehensive. Improvements also depend on Trello’s goal and business model. Reporting features could be improved.

I used the solution for three months last year.

I had no challenges with the tool’s stability.

The tool is scalable. We could add as many users as we could afford to pay for. We had about 12 people using the product in our organization.

The initial setup is very straightforward. It took three minutes to deploy the solution. The product is deployed on the cloud. The product also provides a mobile app.

The deployment was done in-house. I simply downloaded the app and clicked on the email link that was sent. My organization might have needed a consultant’s help to set it up. However, I just had to download the app.

It's a good task manager. Overall, I rate the solution a six out of ten.

We use this solution for user calls and to issue alerts. Currently only three of us are using this solution but we are planning to increase usage in the future. 

The usability of this solution is its most valuable feature. It offers a great flow of creating a business rule that allows you to just add identifiers and qualifiers. 

It would be great if there was a tour for new users to explain how this solution works. Using this solution for the first time can feel complicated. 

This solution could also be improved by removing the contradiction that seems to exist in the options of filters that can be used.

I have been using Trello for a few months. 

This is a stable solution. 

We have not needed to contact their customer support team as we use their online help centre and it has provided us with sufficient assistance. 

The pricing for this solution is reasonable. 

I would advise others to use this solution because it offers a lot of flexibility. 

I would rate this solution an eight out of ten. 

I like Trello's speed. It is more user-friendly compared to Jira. Jira is technical, whereas the management can use Trello. 

The tool should be able to predict the task completion dates based on the date assigned and sprint dates. It is also not commercial compared to competitors.

We use Trello to update and sync the project status very easily. It is easy for users to start working with Trello because it has a user-friendly interface.

It would be good if we could update the project status by email without logging into Trello. Some other project management tool could read the email and update the content to the correct project.

Sometimes, the solution is out of order, and we cannot access the system.

I rate the solution a seven out of ten for stability.

I rate the solution ten out of ten for scalability.

The solution’s initial setup is simple.

We are using the open-source version of Trello. Trello is trying to push users to get a license. We are looking for a replacement solution because Trello's price is too high for us.

It's a bit complex to integrate Trello with other tools. I am using the web version of the solution. Trello helps us save time and makes our daily work easier. I would recommend the solution to other users.
