Unitrends facilitates backup and archive to multiple locations, including replication to Forever Cloud.
The system is easy to set up and use, with quick setup times of less than 15 minutes.
Unitrends provides excellent support and offers strong reporting and predictive analytics features.

CONS

Unitrends lacks appliance update notifications and their tech support struggles with complex issues, leading to prolonged ticket resolutions.
Pricing is a concern, especially considering Unitrends uses a third party for billing and does not offer competitive pricing.
Users experience difficulties with the DRaaS service setup, indicating a need for improved follow-up and scheduling processes.
The real-time replication process requires improvements, including the addition of a zero RPO feature.
Ransomware detection from the appliance occasionally produces false positives, misidentifying machines as infected.
