I've been using the solution for a could of years at this point. It's been a while.

The solution is very stable. There are no bugs or glitches. It does not crash or freeze. Its performance is reliable.

The solution is very scalable. It's easy to expand if you need to. A company would have no trouble scaling to meet its needs.

We have about 100 people who are currently using it.

I haven't used technical support. I can't speak to how helpful or responsive they are, having never dealt with them directly.

The initial setup is very simple and straightforward. It's not overly complex or difficult. A company shouldn't have any issue with the initial setup.

That said, I was not a part of the initial setup, and can't speak to how long the deployment actually took.

We used an integrator that helped us with the implementation. We were satisfied with the process and how everything ultimately turned out.

The pricing could be better. It's a bit expensive.

We are using the latest version of the solution. I'm not sure of the exact version number.

I'd rate the solution at a ten out of ten. We've been very happy with the product and its capabilities. I'd happily recommend it to other users and organizations.

I use Windows 10 to run applications.

The solution is easy to use compared to other solutions, such as Mac OS. I am very familiar with Windows 10 since I have been using Windows since I was very young. It is always evolving to meet make new standards. 

Windows 10 could improve by being more user-friendly and provide a screen mirroring feature for the ability to share the screen with mobile devices without having to purchase a third-party application. With Mac OS it is able to be done right away.

The solution has many uses. One can use it to run personal and business applications.

Although security was improved greatly from Windows 7, there are still many artifacts remaining from it and from Windows XP. There is still the control panel. Also, migration wasn't done to the new interface.

As such, the solution could be more secure and user-friendly.

I use the solution for anything from work to play, however, I mostly use it for work.

It's easy to find answers to any questions by researching online. 

I've heard that they have plans to take away the control panel, which may be a mistake unless they can improve the level of settings.

The pricing could be more competitive compared to other products of the same nature.

I have been using the solution for about three years at this point. It's been a while. I've had some time with it. 

The solution is quite stable. I recently had a problem with the computer in terms of the computer hanging a lot and probably hanging five times a day and even through that, it up fairly well. It's really stable compared to previous versions.

With all the other Microsoft products you now have with Azure and what I'm currently looking at on Microsoft in June, scaling it company-wide and enterprise-wide would be very, very easy. With Microsoft, that scalability wouldn't be as much as the issue, even if you're not on site.

I am in computer support and therefore I have figured it out or used manuals online or Google searches or so forth. Although I've got access to vendors and distributors and Microsoft themselves, it's usually easier just to figure it out quicker than trying to find somebody in support. Therefore, I don't tend to deal directly with technical support.

I also work with Linux, which is less expensive. However, everyone is used to Microsoft products, and that's usually the easier route. 

I found the initial setup to be very simple and straightforward. It's not complex or difficult.

The deployment is very fast. It might have taken 30 minutes or so to get everything up and running. 

I can handle the solution myself. I've done it a million times. It's quite easy. Therefore, I don't need the help of any integrators or consultants. 

The solution is expensive, compared to Linux. It's kind of overpriced. 

It's just very expensive and the people resort to other means trying to get it which makes the problem worse.

I do resell Microsoft products to the distributor, however, not directly from Microsoft.

I've got it on all my devices now. I don't have any older Windows now.

I'd recommend the solution to others. Windows 10 would probably be your safe go-to if you're looking for Microsoft. If you're looking for something else and can't afford the cost, then I would say Linux options may be ideal.

We find the performance to be the most valuable.

It would be nice if the solution were more lightweight, such as is the case with Windows XP. The installation consumes a lot of space and the response time is not as fast as it should be.  

Moreover, the solution could have better performance.

Whenever we sell equipment with a personal computer, our customers request Windows 10, and we install it.

I like that it's a very easy solution to use. It's also very easy to integrate it for our customers. It's a very intuitive operating system, and if they take their time to go through it quickly, they can use it without any support.

It would be better if they brought back the easy way to create multiple sessions on Windows 10. It's very complicated for our customers, and most of the time they need to call us to do it because they know that we are in an office environment and most of the time the competence is not for only one person. 

To optimize the resources, they need to have several sessions on the same desktop or the same workstation. This makes it easier to manage and maintain. My recommendation is to bring back the easy way and have several sessions on the same operating system. The price could be better as well.

I have been using Windows 10 for five years or since it was available in the marketplace.

I personally think that it's a very stable operating system. We used to have several issues with other operating systems, but we don't have any issues with Windows 10. This is because the updates are made automatically, and we also have several ways to back up our work. Most of the time, I forget that there is any trouble on a laptop or the desktop.

I think it's scalable. If you get legal licenses, you can move up to the new version without any problem. This is what we used to do.

I contacted technical support once , and it was a very good experience.

The initial setup is simple for me because I'm an IT integrator. However, I know that it's complicated for my customers just to install it. Most of the time, they don't want to learn how to do it. They always tell us to do it for them and to give it in ready-to-use mode.

I'm an integrator and I install and deploy this solution. 

It's not cheap, and it's one of the inconveniences. Most of the time, we use group licensing, permitting us to install servers for three months. When we want to have personal licenses, it costs too much here in Senegal.

I will recommend this solution because it's intuitive. Also, we have a Windows culture here, and people like to use it.

On a scale from one to ten, I would give Windows 10 an eight.

We're primarily using the solution as an operating system.

I do prefer the dark mode. They did not have a dark mode on Windows 8 or XP.

The product offers very good customizations.

Nowadays, everything needs to be online, which I do not prefer. I prefer a few files, few applications to be available offline without connecting to the cloud.

I don't like that Skype has been discontinued and so is Internet Explorer. Those kinds of things, things you are really comfortable with and do not have much of a footprint on your computer, those are getting eliminated.

I'd like them to work on building tools that take up less space, as I tend to work offline. 

I've been using the solution for a long time. I've used it since it was originally rolled out. 

The stability is good and I find it to be a reliable OS. That said, at certain times it takes a lot of time to get those patches updated. That's every now and then, however, apart from that, it's fine.

In terms of scaling, for us, it was pretty much a comprehensive rollout, so I don't see any problems there. The product can scale. 

We've reached out to technical support in the past. We find Microsoft to be helpful and responsive. We are satisfied with their level of service. 

This is the only operating system I am using at the moment. 

The initial setup is not difficult or complex. It's straightforward and simple. 

I don't handle payment resolutions and therefore cannot speak to the licensing for this product. I'm not sure how much we pay or if we license it in monthly or yearly increments. 

I'm just a customer and an end-user. I don't have a business relationship with Microsoft. 

I'm using the latest version of the solution at this time. 

Compared to previous Windows iterations, this is a great OS.
