The major benefit I've seen from Zoho Books is its positive impact on saving time around CRM and projects, CRM, bookkeeping, and projects as that works very efficiently.
With Zoho Books, I have found the most valuable features that we don't need any reports because the reports get already generated based on the sales and purchases.
I do not have any challenges within Zoho Books, but sometimes if you want to change the currencies for customers, that can be a bit tricky, especially if you want to issue different invoices in different currencies, maybe even for the same customer, that's the only thing.
My professional experience with customer service is somewhat inconsistent because sometimes you can get good customer care service, while other times you might get a representative whom you are actually showing how things should be done.
