Great CRM product

  • "I did not have to manually update the CRM, since Zoho provide a cool API able to retrieve and update CRM data."

    What is most valuable?

    I love that Zoho CRM has an API allowing remote retrieval and update of CRM info. I also like the fact that one can add custom fields.

    What needs improvement?

    Can't think of something I dislike about Zoho - CRM.

    What other advice do I have?

    I use Zoho - CRM as my customer management tool. I am dealing with a few hundred customers. I have easy access to account info, contact info, recent notes and activities, and problem tickets. Towards the end of last season's project, I wrote a script to calculate revenue from each customer. I did not have to manually update the CRM, since Zoho provide a cool API able to retrieve and update CRM data. Recommended!

    Truely Zoho CRM enables you to track Sales and Marketing activities in clicks and it is designed for organizations with simple to intemediate requirements.

    What is most valuable?

    It is a good CRM product compared to Salesforce, HubSpot, and many others. It is user-friendly and easy to use for beginners. They can utilize it properly and navigate it to upload and view information.

    The platform has a valuable lead qualification feature. It helps us set sales parameters and decide whether the lead is positive or negative.

    What needs improvement?

    The product's scalability and stability need improvement.

    We have been using Zoho CRM for one year.

    What do I think about the stability of the solution?

    Sometimes, our team members encountered system downtime. It could work better. I rate its stability an eight out of ten.

    We have four Zoho CRM users. I rate its scalability an eight out of ten. It needs improvement.

    Zoho is better than HubSpot in terms of user interface. It has good scalability. We can navigate it as per our requirements. It integrates all the information well with other departments.

    The solution's most valuable feature is notification.

    What needs improvement?

    Whenever I have to add a contract, it shows multiple lines on the screen. It isn't easy to proceed further in this case. They should improve this particular feature in the solution.

    I rate the solution's stability a seven or eight.
