Sending out emails is the primary use case of Zoho Mail. And, like, any other mailbox use case. If you are using complete Zoho for your organization, the added advantage you get is that you can integrate it with all Zoho applications, like Zoho CRM and Zoho Projects.

What is most valuable?

Zoho Mail organizes your email well, and you can do a lot of things if you use other Zoho applications along with it.

What needs improvement?

I have used Zoho Mail in the past year.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

I rate Zoho Mail nine and a half out of ten for stability.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

I rate Zoho Mail ten out of ten for scalability. Initially, we had four users using Zoho Mail in our organization.

How was the initial setup?

Setting up Zoho Mail is similar to any other main box setup, where you have to set up your DNS and domain. It takes around one to four hours to set up Zoho Mail.

What other advice do I have?

First-time users with a startup or a new business can take advantage of the fact that Zoho Mail is free for some number of users initially.

I had to get out of Zoho Mail because it was expensive, given the number of emails I had to create. We wanted to procure one license for that separately.

Overall, I rate Zoho Mail ten out of ten.

Which deployment model are you using for this solution?
