I am using Rubrik Go mostly for VM backups and SaaS backups.

The product is very easy to manage and very easy to deploy.

Rubrik Go is very fast and very good at enabling workload recovery.

This product has positively impacted my organization because in the legacy tool, we used to have significant workload and significant people to be deployed. In this case, we have very minimal requirements.

Rubrik Go could improve on the Kubernetes side; they should have more features for Kubernetes backup and orchestration.

I would like to see more features for Kubernetes backups included in future updates.

I have been using Rubrik Go for almost five years.

Deploying the solution is quite easy. I needed help with installation.

The product is very stable.

Rubrik Go is very much scalable. I am planning to increase the number of users for this solution.

On a scale from one to ten, I would rate the technical support of Rubrik Go a nine.

They are very fast to respond and informative.

I switched from Veeam and NetBackup to Rubrik Go because those are legacy systems, and this is a very new-gen solution. Most of the features are available here, making it a one-place shop where everything is available in one location.

The deployment does not take much time. Last time when we deployed, it took only a week. Since we don't work every day, the actual deployment time was two to three days.

Only two people were involved in this process of deployment from my side.

I see a return on investment after implementing the product as it definitely helps me save funds.

My costs have been reduced by almost 40 to 45% compared to legacy systems.

Aside from Rubrik Go, I am mainly working with Cohesity.

Previously, I worked with solutions including Veeam, NetBackup, and TSM.

We are planning to use Rubrik Go's AI-powered insights for predictive analytics, but have not implemented this yet.

I cannot provide updates on Rubrik Go's capability to automate data management tasks because I have not used that feature yet.

Rubrik Go's integration capabilities with cloud providers have benefited my multi-cloud environment significantly.

Rubrik Go's subscription model has helped me align my data protection investments, which is a good option as I am one of the customers who have deployed this subscription option.

I am definitely satisfied with the licensing model as it is very simplified and easy to understand.

On a scale of 1-10, I rate Rubrik Go a 9.

We carry a few backup solutions because we are a reseller and were looking for a good solution that we can resell. We deal with Rubrik because we are also one of the resellers for them. We are dealing with all of them, including Rubrik Go. I usually recommend Rubrik Go for industries such as banking and finance.

I think immutable protection is the most valuable feature; that is something the customer will resonate with.

I think AI-powered insights for predictive analytics is an attractive topic because people like to learn more about it, but I do not think right now people are ready to spend money on just these features. I think it is an add-on that customers appreciate, but it is not a special or separate topic that the customer will prioritize.

I think Rubrik Go's capability to automate data management tasks is a good topic to discuss with customers right now, but I do not think at the moment it would be a separate initiative that the customer already has a budget for.

I think Rubrik Go is effective in enabling workload recovery and provisioning, but it has yet to be proven with our customer implementation.

I think integration with multiple cloud support could be an additional feature that would make the product even better. If the customer has more than one cloud, the integration with multiple clouds could enable scaling over multiple clouds and maybe allow for backing up on one of the clouds but then restoring on another one. I do not know if they have the ability to integrate with multiple cloud environments; I doubt they have it at the moment.

For myself, I have been dealing with Rubrik for a little bit more than one year, but our company has actually worked with them for three years.

I have been dealing with Rubrik Go as well. I can share some high-level information about Rubrik, but it may not be too deep because we are actually signing an NDA with them, so I may not be able to run into the specific details. I would rate their technical support as favorable. If it is on a scale of ten, I would say it is at least a nine.

I am browsing and conducting some research, so right now, I do not have an immediate need for that. I do not see any weaknesses or room for improvement for Rubrik Go at the moment. I think Rubrik Go is pretty good overall. On a scale of one to five, I would say it is four out of five. I find their pricing to be consistently priced at a premium, but I think it is fine because customers do not mind paying for better protection. I am comfortable with it. I think their subscription model is actually the trend anyway. My overall rating for this review is eight out of ten.

We use Rubrik Go for cloud databases and overall cyber resiliency.

The solution's most valuable feature is Sensitive Data Discovery. The solution's automation capabilities are amazing. Everything you do on the UI can be automated with different languages, which greatly helps the customers. The solution's Live Mount feature has notably improved our client's data recovery.

The AWS backups could be improved.

I have been using the solution for eight years, from the time it was launched.

Rubrik Go is a very stable solution.

The solution provides very good scalability. Our clients for Rubrik Go are mostly enterprise businesses.

I rate the solution’s scalability ten out of ten.

The solution’s technical support is very good.

The solution can be installed everywhere. Nowadays, it is deployed on the public cloud. If it's a small-sized environment, it takes two to three hours to configure everything.

On a scale from one to ten, where one is difficult and ten is easy, I rate the solution's initial setup ten out of ten.

The solution is reasonably priced.

Customers should evaluate all their use cases before they choose Rubrik Go. They should size or know their environment well enough so that Rubrik Go can size it properly.

Overall, I rate the solution ten out of ten.

One of the standout features is Rubrik's ransomware investigation capability, which alerts us to potential attacks and enables quick containment and recovery. It has been instrumental in maintaining data integrity during critical incidents.

While the platform performs well, there have been occasional issues with the user interface needing certain necessary information, requiring us to contact support for clarification. However, their support team promptly addresses these instances.

We've been using Rubrik for approximately three years now.

The product scalability is excellent. We can easily expand our storage capacity by adding nodes to the existing cluster. It ensures that we can accommodate increasing data volumes without significant disruptions.

While the technical support services are generally effective, there have been instances where we needed to escalate issues to higher support levels for resolution.

We primarily deploy the product on-premises, but it seamlessly integrates with cloud environments through Rubrik Cloud Data Management. This flexibility allows us to manage data effectively across hybrid infrastructures.

Maintenance has been straightforward. We've had minimal issues with hardware or software failures, and any issues that arise are quickly resolved through remote support or scheduled updates.

Rubrik Go is a premium solution due to its robust features such as ransomware protection and rapid recovery capabilities. While it may be more expensive initially, the investment pays off in terms of enhanced data security and reduced downtime costs.

The automation capabilities streamline our operations significantly. Once deployed, it automatically discovers our entire network infrastructure and allows us to set up backup policies swiftly. It reduces manual intervention and ensures consistent data protection.

I recommend the product for its strong data security features and reliable performance. It's valuable for businesses to prioritize data integrity and rapid recovery in case of incidents like ransomware attacks.

I rate it a nine. 

We employ Rubrik Go to assist our clients with data recovery, particularly for businesses transitioning to the cloud. It serves as a crucial tool for business continuity, allowing organizations to maintain backups and archives without fully committing all operations to the cloud. Additionally, we utilize Rubrik Backup within our own data centers to support various business needs.

The standout feature is its ransomware protection capabilities.

I believe there's room for improvement in terms of support, particularly with Tier 3 support coming from the on-call team. In instances where we've had incidents, the turnaround time for support, especially when the same team takes over, has sometimes been a bit problematic.

We have been working with it for four years.

Stability is crucial, especially in our MSP model where multi-tenancy setup is key. If not configured correctly, there can be visibility issues between different entities, which is not ideal for our customers. Therefore, it's vital to thoroughly verify mobility and access privileges to ensure data privacy.

Based on feedback from our customers and my own experience selling the product, it's been consistently praised for its scalability. Our primary focus is on serving enterprise clients, and Rubrik proves to be an excellent match for their needs.

I would rate its customer service and support six out of ten.

We also offer Commvault as one of our major backup solutions, having implemented it across various environments. Initially, the main consideration with Rubrik was its suitability, which served as a significant selling point. While Rubrik excelled in handling multiple backups and related tasks at the outset, competitors have since caught up.

Overall, I would rate it eight out of ten.

We use the solution for ransomware and covering normal backup infrastructure.

The solution's main focus is on security and ransomware.

The solution is more suitable for enterprise to medium-sized businesses.

The solution's technical support team is pretty helpful and generally responds very quickly.

Rubrik Go is built for the modern era and the cloud era. On the other hand, other tools have to migrate and adapt their products to cater to the cloud environments.

Overall, I rate the solution a nine out of ten.

Rubrik Go is used for secure backup.

The solution's most valuable features are its ease of use and performance. Installing the appliance is all you have to do. The rest is done automatically.

Scaling the solution is not difficult, but it is expensive.

The solution's technical support is good, and they answer quickly and efficiently. However, to improve the support, local language should be used.

I have previously used the tools Cohesity and Veritas. Compared to Rubrik Go, Cohesity is difficult to work with.

The solution's initial setup is not easy, but it is not very difficult either.

The solution's installation takes a couple of hours. However, there is always a little problem with the person providing an IP number, which takes some hours to solve. Most of the time, customers are not properly ready to install the system.

On a scale from one to ten, where one is expensive and ten is cheap, I rate the solution's pricing a three out of ten.

The solution’s maintenance is mainly done by Rubrik. It is possible to automate a lot of things. If you have a new server, its backup will be done automatically, and you don't have to do anything.

A few years ago, you needed the backup because of system failures or the disc was broken. That never happened again. But today, you need to have a secure backup because of ransomware. If somebody deletes your data, you will have to pay a few million to recover that data.

AI is implemented on the security part of the product, but you have to buy extra pieces of the server, which is extremely expensive. I would recommend the solution to other users.

Overall, I rate the solution an eight out of ten.

I mainly use Rubrik Go for real-time monitoring, plus security and compliance.

Rubrik Go's best feature is data visualization.

Rubrik Go's cost is a bit high, and its security visibility could be improved. In the next release, Rubrick Go should accommodate the security visibility in a single portal.

I've been using Rubrik Go for around two years.

I would rate Rubrick Go's stability eight out of ten.

Rubrick Go is scalable - I would rate its scalability seven out of ten.

The initial setup was straightforward and took around a day to complete.

Rubrick Go is quite expensive - I would rate its pricing four out of ten.

I would give Rubrick Go a rating of seven out of ten.

I am a systems integrator. I sell this solution to our customers.

Our customers use this solution to protect their on-premise environment. To protect virtualization, physical servers, and for protecting their database for customer safety. They even use it to protect cloud workloads and Office 365 for their customers.

Sometimes our customers use it for PR purposes or for business continuity purposes. 

Some of our customers have 400 users. Other customers of ours have 200 users and some more of our customers have 150 users using Rubrik Go. We also have a customer in Saudi Arabia with almost 1000 users.

We definitely plan to keep reselling this solution.

Rubrik Go is very simple to use.

You should be able to add more workloads to Rubrik Go. 

Also, they have a cloud product called Polaris — they should make it available on-premise, as well. 

I have been dealing with this solution for almost four years. 

Rubrik Go is both very scalable and stable.

The technical support is wonderful. Very cooperative and informative.

The initial setup is very easy and straightforward. It's much easier to set up than other products I have worked with.

Deployment only takes two days.

It's an expensive product if you compare it to traditional backup solutions; however, if you compare it as a total cost of ownership for a solution, it is not.

I would absolutely recommend Rubrik Go to other businesses. 

On a scale from one to ten, I would give this solution a rating of nine.

We use Rubrik Go to back up our enterprise infrastructure, which contains both Linux and Windows machines.

The most valuable feature is the storage efficiency, as the storage footprint is very good.

Integration with the client is something that needs to be improved.

Scalability can be an issue because of the appliances, so improvements can be made in that regard.

I would like to see easier migration.

The stability is good. We use Rubrik Go on a daily basis.

There are challenges with scalability due to the appliances.

We have not had a need to contact technical support.

Prior to using this solution, we used Dell EMC NetWorker. We switched to Rubrik because it was cheaper.

The initial setup of this solution was simple and it took about a week to deploy.

We have two engineers who are responsible for maintenance.

An integrator assisted us with our implementation.

Rubrik Go is more cost-effective than similar solutions by other vendors.

We also looked at Veeam before settling on this solution.

I would recommend Rubrik Go and my advice for anybody who is implementing it is to be clear on the subscription and the plans, as well as the migration effort that is required.
