It is challenging to manage workstation backup using ACI platform. They should improve this particular area. Along with this, its mailbox migration feature needs improvement as well. It is difficult to move the data from one application to another. It could be more user-friendly.

It would be better if the price of the solution was improved for medium-sized businesses. Moreover, the email security should be improved. We are awaiting new updates on the product.

Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud is easy to manage and implement. The licensing consolidation allows you to manage other products within one console, including data analytics, reporting, alerts, and support features.

Regular maintenance is not required.
