Citrix Gateway delivers stability, secure remote access, and scalability for various business sizes but is costlier, ranging between $5,000 and $15,000 annually. Though valued for supporting remote work and offering GSLB features, it needs improved load balancing and integration. It poses initial setup challenges and requires training. As infrastructure grows, cloud capabilities must be fortified. Technical support, especially first-level, needs enhancement for better user experience.
