Automates tasks and manages multiple servers from a central location
The initial setup was quite complex. It required careful preparation of installation steps, as many tasks were not automated as expected. Special attention was needed to prepare groups, users, and permissions at each step to ensure a smooth setup process. Please do so accurately to avoid having to start over. Challenges encountered during deployment included issues with installation and configuration and difficulties detecting machines and executing tasks as expected. Some solutions were found through trial and error during installation, while others were discovered through recommendations from other users. Despite these challenges, the deployment and rollout of Orchestrator took approximately one and a half months to ensure proper functionality.

Something I would like to see improved in Pipefy is the dashboards. They are good, but they are a little limited. This point is important, and I would also like to see a bit more clarity in the use of AI tokens. Pipefy already offers connection and artificial intelligence tools that help you with your forms and make the process much more intuitive, but it is still a bit obscure regarding consumption, how that consumption occurs, and how to build this in a way that is relatively economical. Another important thing is related to cost. Pipefy's license cost is a high cost compared to other players in the market, but so far it has been worth it. Another thing I would suggest is if they had a white-label option where we could put a bit more of the company's identity. Pipefy already is white label, but the customization options are a little more limited. Turning that into a more attractive page would be nice for some companies so that we can incorporate it into our portals.

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"It can manage multiple servers and workstations from a single location."
"Automation is the most valuable feature of the solution."
"In terms of money and time saved, Pipefy is a great time saver overall, reflecting in analysts handling additional projects beyond ticket management."
"Pipefy has impacted my organization positively as we have not reduced our headcount, but we could if we wanted to because the number of people managing those processes before Pipefy was a lot."
"Pipefy has positively impacted my organization by helping me manage my time better, and I can share that I think I can save my time by half."
"I rate the cost-benefit of Pipefy in relation to what it delivers as very good because it is not software that has a very high cost and it delivers a lot of functionality and a lot of efficiency in the commercial area."
"Pipefy had a very positive impact, mainly in terms of productivity and control, as the company started to have far fewer errors, much greater control of documents, and centralization of all processes within the platform, making it much more practical to use."
"I would advise other people who are thinking about using Pipefy that it is a great tool that will make their lives easier, optimize their time, and facilitate teamwork, so I would highly recommend this tool for those who are going to work in a team, especially."
"Since using Pipefy, I estimate that we have saved 50% in time and costs."
"My advice to other people who are thinking about using Pipefy is that it is very good, as it offers a lot of artificial intelligence systems, automation, and it is an extremely reliable and secure system."

Cons

"I find the Orchestrator UI to be problematic."
"The product's management aspect needs enhancement."
"Pipefy's customer support is not good, as I go through many bots before reaching a human service."
"Support is an area of Pipefy that I see has some room for improvement because there is a delay in support responses, and I find the support system somewhat bureaucratic."
"In my opinion, Pipefy could be improved by enhancing the way of configuring the information in the email we receive, as sometimes the information in the email is not complete compared to what is on the card."
"Pipefy can be improved by creating a more complete integration with WhatsApp."
"Overall, I had a positive experience with Pipefy, but I think there are still some areas that could be improved."
"I think an improvement, a good improvement, would be on the cost. I think it is a slightly expensive platform and a slightly expensive system."
"I believe Pipefy can be improved by clarifying the API calls and making packages for API calls more accessible, because in my organization we have a lot of automation, but we have few API calls, precisely because we have a fixed plan and the organization, in fact, does not need that."
"I think Pipefy could be improved by providing better assistance to users who are customizing or creating automations, as it can become confusing when users do not know how to customize or do not think through the logic they are building for fields, which can lead to conflicts."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"We obtained a license that bundled Windows Server with System Center at no additional cost."
"I give the cost of the solution a five out of ten."
