The support from SAP is good.
We have an internal IT team that handles initial level one or level two support.
With Workday, I can pick up the phone, call them on Teams, and they answer immediately.
Some features of SAP SuccessFactors Learning that require improvement include reporting tools and dashboarding, which are not so good, and integration is really difficult.
One thing I want to have is an advisory banner with highlighted font that employees can visibly see during login, but support indicated this cannot be done.
The initial implementation is a massive project that requires a lot of data cleanup and preparation tasks.
While there is mass upload functionality where we can load shifts for all people or specific groups, we need to select multiple people and assign them to a schedule from the interface itself.
However, going by the demo, I think it is quite simple to use.

Comparing Workday to other products, I am taking a positive note about Workday and it is the first priority that I suggested compared to Oracle or other products.
The interface of Workday is superior.
