There are many useful features in Smartsheet. One can easily share plans with the entire team, and it functions similarly to Microsoft Project. Licensing might be cheaper per user. I rate it as seven or eight due to its demanding nature. For personal use, I have a monthly subscription, while the company uses an annual basis.
