Is excellent for video conferencing, with a very high usage rate
There are a few technical aspects that might need assistance, such as enabling Vidyo inside a web browser as opposed to using it via an SDK in an app. Occasionally, issues can arise when using video conferencing in third-party applications. Feedback from developers could be beneficial for improving these areas.

Unified communication has transformed our collaboration and consistently boosts project delivery
The best features Zoom Workplace Business offers include screen sharing, clear video and audio, online meetings, large-scale events, call management, mobile apps, unified communication platform, and collaboration. The feature I find myself using the most is an AI-powered collaboration platform that is used to streamline communication, increase employee engagement, optimize in-person time, and improve productivity. The screen sharing is very effective and a helpful tool where we are able to screen share with our colleagues and discuss different tasks and project management ideas. Collaboration has become very efficient, and remote working has also become efficient and prevalent in my organization. We have been able to save a lot of time using Zoom Workplace Business. It has been a game-changer. Zoom Workplace Business elevates the experience with Zoom AI Companion included at no additional cost. It is designed to help employees be more productive, collaborate better, enhance their skills, and unlock time savings.

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"I think for the companies with remote offices, they will experience a serious saving on travel costs."
"There is no reason not to use cloud-based solutions these days (such as Zoom, Fuze, GoToMeeting or even Lync/Office365)."
"Vidyo is excellent for video conferencing, with a very high usage rate alongside Epic Solutions."
"Compared to any other platform, Zoom has been very stable for meetings and conference calls."
"Zoom is easy to set up and is a very stable video communications app."
"It is very easy to use, and the utilization of the network is very good."
"The solution is stable and scalable."
"The setup is rather simple and straightforward."
"It is a scalable solution."
"Zoom is very easy to use and the scheduling is very good."
"It was easy to use for screen sharing or sharing applications."

Cons

"There are a few technical aspects that might need assistance, such as enabling Vidyo inside a web browser as opposed to using it via an SDK in an app."
"As a partner, I don't have direct access to Vidyo support document resourses."
"The problem with Zoom is the restriction that you have where there are only 45 minutes allowed for a conference, and then you had to log out and start a new meeting."
"While the communication and video-audio conferencing features on Zoom are excellent, unlike Microsoft Teams, there is no direct integration with SharePoint. For us, that is the disadvantage of Zoom."
"The quality of transcription in Zoom Workplace Business could improve."
"When sharing a screen, it's only dedicated to one particular window, not multiple windows"
"Variable sound quality."
"In some cases, I am not able to have a special background during the conversation. It could be because my device is not powerful enough, but I am not able to share a properly designed background. I am having problems setting up my virtual background. It is very easy to set up a virtual background during the conversation with Microsoft Teams, and that's why I like Microsoft Teams, but with Zoom, I find it difficult. I am not able to set up my virtual background very easily. They can look into this area and then see how to improve it."
"My only concern in Zoom is the stigma associated with being a Chinese product."
"Zoom has frequent updates, occurring every week or twice a week. This poses a significant issue because sometimes when we attempt to initiate a call, the system begins an upgrade process, taking at least 30 seconds and sometimes up to two minutes. This unscheduled upgrade can be inconvenient for users, as they must wait for the update to complete."

"The price is $149 USD yearly."
"We have subscribed to a package for Zoom and it is a monthly payment."
"It is an inexpensive product."
