Is excellent for video conferencing, with a very high usage rate
There are a few technical aspects that might need assistance, such as enabling Vidyo inside a web browser as opposed to using it via an SDK in an app. Occasionally, issues can arise when using video conferencing in third-party applications. Feedback from developers could be beneficial for improving these areas.

Unified communication has transformed our collaboration and consistently boosts project delivery
The best features Zoom Workplace Business offers include screen sharing, clear video and audio, online meetings, large-scale events, call management, mobile apps, unified communication platform, and collaboration. The feature I find myself using the most is an AI-powered collaboration platform that is used to streamline communication, increase employee engagement, optimize in-person time, and improve productivity. The screen sharing is very effective and a helpful tool where we are able to screen share with our colleagues and discuss different tasks and project management ideas. Collaboration has become very efficient, and remote working has also become efficient and prevalent in my organization. We have been able to save a lot of time using Zoom Workplace Business. It has been a game-changer. Zoom Workplace Business elevates the experience with Zoom AI Companion included at no additional cost. It is designed to help employees be more productive, collaborate better, enhance their skills, and unlock time savings.

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"I think for the companies with remote offices, they will experience a serious saving on travel costs."
"There is no reason not to use cloud-based solutions these days (such as Zoom, Fuze, GoToMeeting or even Lync/Office365)."
"Vidyo is excellent for video conferencing, with a very high usage rate alongside Epic Solutions."
"Zoom is very easy to set up. You simply download it and use it."
"The most valuable features of Zoom are the screen blur and the background transition, which is great because we are working from home. Without this feature we would not have private meetings, they do not need to see what is happening in our background. The background transition is good with Zoom."
"When there is a large number of people involved, I can pinpoint a particular person and I can message him in Zoom, rather than messaging everybody involved. I can directly communicate with that person and I find that feature very useful."
"It was easy to use for screen sharing or sharing applications."
"The solution is stable and user-friendly."
"The solution is stable; it's easy to use and at this point, it's certainly ubiquitous, as everyone seems to have experience with it."
"Zoom has helped me with collaboration and remote working."
"I don't have any issues with the scalability of Zoom."

Cons

"There are a few technical aspects that might need assistance, such as enabling Vidyo inside a web browser as opposed to using it via an SDK in an app."
"As a partner, I don't have direct access to Vidyo support document resourses."
"When the firewall is turned on, there have been issues with congestion that affects performance."
"The tool could be more user-friendly, especially for finding options to present screens."
"How they have the gallery aligned when someone is sharing a screen isn't ideal right now. If there were more options on how to arrange it, would be ideal."
"I thought Zoom doesn't have the feature to save chats after meetings, while Teams allows for document sharing, which I know because in my latest company we were sharing documents through Teams; I didn't use that in Zoom."
"Zoom could be improved as the connectivity can be a little tricky sometimes, and it's not clear when people need to be let in or not."
"The performance could be better."
"We have had some quality and lagging issues with video regardless of connection quality."
"It takes time to acclimate end users to the product."
