Kentik has had a high positive impact on my organization; besides the cost reduction, it has been possible to perform troubleshooting more effectively, and also regarding DDoS-related attacks.
Kentik offers notable network visibility and real-time traffic monitoring, providing efficient network activity assessment and DDoS management. Despite high pricing and setup costs, Kentik surpasses competitors like PRTG in real-time monitoring. However, its API is difficult for non-networking users, and anomaly detection lacks actionable insights. Better network flow data integration and proactive alerts are needed. Real-time metrics and API automation enhance decision-making despite challenges.
