I find Microsoft Dynamics 365 very easy and useful because most of the users on our end are using Microsoft, thus they are very familiar with the Microsoft Office stack, and some of SharePoint and Teams.

It prevents unauthorized access through MFA number matching and offers seamless integration with Active Directory, improving SSO efficiency. However, integration challenges, API limitations, and pricing concerns exist. Friction in two-factor practices and suboptimal support hinder experience, while integration with MFA sometimes causes user sign-out issues, affecting usability in on-premises and hybrid environments.
