Single sign-on has simplified daily access and now strengthens security with smart protection
Pros and Cons
  • "We are receiving good feedback from end-users for the seamless authentication, as they are very happy with the solution; they do not need to provide passwords multiple times for different applications, only needing to log in once to access all their provided applications, resulting in an excellent user experience."

What is our primary use case?

My main use case for OneLogin is to enable single sign-on to all our applications and devices, critical devices, and to manage authentication while enforcing security policies, which allows us to control login behavior and apply strengthened access security.

OneLogin allows users to log in once and access all applications without re-entering credentials or passwords, which simplifies and provides seamless daily work for users, reducing password-related issues.

    What is most valuable?

OneLogin provides a smooth SSO experience and strong security features that help us achieve a compliance-ready environment, and it integrates well with multiple applications, improving user productivity and providing central access control.

The single sign-on and user access management have the biggest impact in our organization because they manage user access centrally across the system, allowing access to be assigned or removed easily, reducing manual efforts and simplifying work.

OneLogin has positively impacted our organization by providing strong security through multi-factor authentication and secure access control, significantly reducing tickets for our IT team, which overall provides more valuable contributions and efficiency.

Almost 40 to 50% of IT team tickets have been reduced since we started using this solution, with issues like managing user access control of applications being simplified and handled smoothly.

SmartFactor Authentication with SSO works very smoothly, providing real-time analysis of user behavior, so if malicious activity is detected, it blocks access for the particular user immediately, which helps us keep the environment and assets secure from any breaches.

User identity synchronization across the directory functionality is very impressive, and we have seen a very good response and synchronization process while integrating our Active Directory, syncing user data to OneLogin very easily with no issues.

The integration of phishing-resistant device trust provides strong security to our assets and applications through real-time monitoring, access control, and behavior analysis of users, which is a good solution overall.

We are receiving good feedback from end-users for the seamless authentication, as they are very happy with the solution; they do not need to provide passwords multiple times for different applications, only needing to log in once to access all their provided applications, resulting in an excellent user experience.

We are using Vigilance AI, which helps us detect risky behavior or attempts to log in with unauthorized access to our applications or assets, making it a very good solution.

    What needs improvement?

OneLogin is a great solution providing strong features with a great security process, so there is minimal need for improvement at this time.

One thing I would add is that custom integration can be simplified as it currently requires technical in-depth knowledge.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been working in my current field for more than 10 years.

Unified access has streamlined logins and has boosted security with adaptive authentication
    Pros and Cons
    • "I am getting very good feedback from the end users regarding OneLogin, they are very happy and say this experience they are getting with this solution is excellent."

What is our primary use case?

In my role, I use OneLogin mainly to connect users with different applications through a single login flow. OneLogin acts like a bridge between our directory and the cloud applications. This is really helpful to manage access without handling multiple credentials.

Our use cases include one portal for all applications, the Smart Factor Authentication, and the sync with directory services. In a real example, a user logs in from an office network and gets access without any issues. If the same user accesses or tries from a different country, additional verification is triggered. This automatically works without manual checks.

      What is most valuable?

In my point of view, the best features are Vigilance AI features, the Smart Factor features, and the application access assignment. These are key features, as well as the automation features that really reduce the manual work in assigning application access.

The automation features like user provisioning and de-provisioning are one of the best reasons to choose OneLogin. Instead of manually creating users in AD, email, or applications, it automatically creates accounts based on HR input, assigns the correct roles and responsibilities. This work is fully automated and done in a second, and it assigns role-based access assignment. This automation feature is really impacting our organization very positively.

OneLogin has really impacted our organization positively. It has reduced the complexity in managing multiple logins. Users have a smoother experience with the solution and it has really improved the security and the user experience.

We have seen significant positive outcomes with OneLogin. Security has increased, users are able to smoothly log in, and their productivity has increased.

The adaptive authentication in OneLogin helps adjust the authentication flow in real-time based on the user risk level and behavior. Instead of applying the same login process for everything, the system evaluates factors like user location and device, login time, and patterns. Based on this, it dynamically decides whether to allow the access or require any MFA.

I have had a great experience with the directory synchronization in OneLogin. There is no challenge with it, and it synchronizes in real-time.

The integration of phishing-resistant device trust has a very positive impact on my authentication processes and really provides visibility in the authentication. This is a powerful feature set of OneLogin.

The adaptive AI in OneLogin really helps us in observing the login patterns and identifying any unusual behavior of the users. It really keeps us secure with risky behavior and visibility.

      What needs improvement?

I do not see any improvement needed for OneLogin as of now. It might be that based on future requirements, future challenges might necessitate any improvement, but as of now it is working well and is a powerful solution with great features.

I think the reporting part can be more improved and more customized for OneLogin.

For how long have I used the solution?

It has been more than two years since I have been using OneLogin.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

      OneLogin is stable.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

OneLogin is a scalable solution and can really handle the organization growth.

How are customer service and support?

Customer support for OneLogin is very rich in technical aspects and able to provide resolution within timeline.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

Since starting, I have been using OneLogin only.

      What was our ROI?

I have seen a positive return on investment after implementing OneLogin. I am getting reduced help desk tickets by 50% and it is reportedly saving the IT team time by 70 to 80%.

What other advice do I have?

I rate OneLogin eight out of 10.

I gave OneLogin eight because it delivers a strong balance between security and ease of use with the feature set like automation. The single sign-on experience is smooth and users can access multiple applications. That is why I have selected a good rating.

I am getting very good feedback from the end users regarding OneLogin. They are very happy and say this experience they are getting with this solution is excellent.

I would recommend OneLogin as a solution to consider. Start with the basic single sign-on features and deployment, and then start with the more advanced features, use cases, and understand your basic requirements, authentication, and plan properly.

Which deployment model are you using for this solution?

      On-premises

If public cloud, private cloud, or hybrid cloud, which cloud provider do you use?

Single sign-on has simplified daily vpn access and saves support teams time with secure mfa logins
      Pros and Cons
      • "What I appreciate most about OneLogin is definitely SSO, which avoids us having to enter the password, saving time."
      • "If a 'Remember Me' option were available, we could directly proceed with the authentication instead of having to enter our username every time."

What is our primary use case?

I do use OneLogin to get into the Ivanti application. Our usual use case for OneLogin is to use it as an SSO to access the Ivanti VPN, which we use to access particular sites and applications in our work platform.

      What is most valuable?

What I appreciate most about OneLogin is definitely SSO, which avoids us having to enter the password, saving time. Since I work in the technical support department, it saves our time in what would otherwise be a time-consuming process where we would avoid entering credentials repeatedly whenever we connect to the required VPN and the tools.

OneLogin provides a good end-user experience for signing in and authenticating to needed applications, which involves time-consuming efforts when users or employees are completely occupied with different tasks. Since we work in IT, we might have multiple passwords to get into different tools. However, when it comes to OneLogin, we avoid this complexity; we just have to remember one tab, and when we note down our user account, it directly asks for OneLogin with multifactor authentication, where we just have to authenticate it to get in successfully.

      What needs improvement?

OneLogin is going well currently. As for optimizations in OneLogin, it would be useful to have an option on OneLogin site to remember the user ID. Currently, we do not have that option, and every time we log in, we have to enter our OneLogin username and then get it authenticated. If a 'Remember Me' option were available, we could directly proceed with the authentication instead of having to enter our username every time. This is the one point we have identified.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using OneLogin for the past two years.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

OneLogin is stable. I have been using it for the past two to three years and have not faced any issues with it. It is very stable. For some tools, there are notifications or expiry alerts for the concerned tool or MFA factors, but here we do not have anything as such.

We had outages, but in our team, we have a different department for escalation, so we escalated to the concerned OneLogin support team, and they fixed that issue.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

I find OneLogin to be mid-level scalable because I use only the first level of access, so we have not checked the in-depth functionality. I am happy with the level of scalability that OneLogin provides.

How are customer service and support?

My thoughts on the technical support and customer service of OneLogin are that it plays a major role for us to assist users. We use it for the connection of VPN, which allows us to get into remote sessions with users, and it is essential for us to take remote sessions with users and assist them in resolving their issues in a timely manner.

I do not often communicate with the technical support specialists of OneLogin. We just have a mail ID, so if we face any issue, we can send them an email for assistance. Till now, I have not faced any issues with OneLogin; it is running smoothly.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

From the beginning, we started using OneLogin. First, we were using Microsoft credentials to get into the tools, and later it upgraded to OneLogin.

      How was the initial setup?

I found the initial setup of OneLogin to be very easy because it is just about downloading the application and setting it up through scanning the URL on OneLogin portal. The process was very simple, and there was no complex issue I faced during the setup process.

      What about the implementation team?

We have a KB article provided by my team, which we use to set it up or configure the applications, reset, etc. I have found the documentation sufficient; all necessary details were very simple and clearly mentioned by our SMEs, so we have not faced any issues with the given articles.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

I have evaluated other solutions, such as Delivery, which works similar to OneLogin. Delivery DID account exactly works as OneLogin, but it inserts different account profile accounts.

What other advice do I have?

We use OneLogin Okta as an MFA for OneLogin process to adjust authentication flows in real time, depending on the risk score associated with the login attempt.

We do not use the SmartFactor Authentication of OneLogin, as even Okta is an authentication process; it is a multifactor authenticator.

I use Okta and OneLogin simultaneously.

I was not part of the decision-making process.

I am aware of setting up OneLogin for Symantec and Okta setup on the mobile applications, including the basic configuration.

I am not aware of the pricing and licensing of OneLogin.

I have not worked on the user identity synchronization across directories functionality of OneLogin yet.

The integration of phishing-resistant device trust impacts our authentication processes positively because we have a team that verifies everything, and they guide us to configure it. All the configuration and security information is checked by our security team, and based on their updates, we proceed.

Integrating the single sign-on feature with third-party authentication providers is very easy; I have not faced any difficulties. When we try to connect with third parties, I have assisted users in setting up OneLogin accounts for access to particular third-party tools, and there are not many difficulties. We just have to understand the process.

When you understand the product usage, you will not face any issues with it.

I have not used the adaptive login flows with Vigilance AI.

I do not have any insights regarding the role of HR-driven identity management in streamlining employee identity handling in my organization.

In MFA, at the desktop support or customer support level, MFA plays a major role that includes security, compliance, and also a two-way authentication process.

MFA is important for us because it ensures our data is safe, avoiding security issues related to our accounts. If any unauthorized attempt occurs, we receive notifications on our mobile devices, ensuring that it is not possible for others to access our account without our consent. This is a significant advantage of OneLogin or MFA.

In OneLogin, customer identity and access management for external clients is not something I go in-depth with; I assist users only in configuring OneLogin and setting up MFAs. We have two MFAs in OneLogin: Symantec and Okta. My role is to help users set up either of the MFAs to ensure they can access their client VPNs based on requirements successfully without issues.

      I rate this review a 9 out of 10.

Centralized identity has streamlined secure access and improved collaboration and compliance
      Pros and Cons
      • "OneLogin is an excellent solution for security and compliance, as it secures all business applications in a cost-effective way, is very easy to use for new users with its intuitive and user-friendly interface, and is highly recommended because of its security and compliance capabilities."
      • "However, OneLogin does not have the ability to set a custom timeout on rotating security codes."

What is our primary use case?

OneLogin is an excellent solution for security and compliance. My main use case is that it is used for ensured security and privacy on a HIPAA and PCI compliant platform with the ease of storing my employees' passwords so that my tech team is not constantly bombarded by password reset requests from employees.

I can give a specific example of how I use OneLogin for security and compliance in my organization, where it solved both my privacy concerns as well as provided a more efficient flow of priority tickets for my technology team and allowed me to show my investors additional privacy and security measures, which built their trust in my organization.

      What is most valuable?

OneLogin offers the best features by ensuring internal users have a seamless experience when accessing business applications so that they do not have to remember multiple passwords, and it also provides centralized control over the identity of the business apps.

For the seamless experience and centralized control I mentioned, I would say the productivity has increased since my team does not have to waste a lot of time logging into multiple business applications, as they just have to use one password to log in to all my business applications, which has allowed them to focus more on their daily tasks, thereby saving considerable time.

OneLogin's application integration is easy to deploy, and the dashboard is good and user-friendly. It also provides a secure solution with certificate management that can restrict access from unauthorized users.

OneLogin has positively impacted my organization by saving time, as I have seen an increase in time-saving because my team just has to use one password to log in to all my business applications, which allows me to strategically allocate that time to more strategic projects and tasks, thereby increasing productivity in my organization. It has also enhanced user experience with centralized control over identity, restricting access from unauthorized apps and providing complete visibility of access.

I can share that there has been a huge collaboration improvement, with internal and external collaboration improving from 40 to 55 percent, and remote collaboration has also improved since OneLogin is very secure and allows only authorized personnel to log into the apps, which has significantly increased my time-saving.

      What needs improvement?

I have not experienced a lot of challenges regarding OneLogin's functionality, but I believe the audit trail could be improved.

Customizing landing pages would be a nice addition to OneLogin, even though I have not faced major challenges.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using OneLogin for about three years.

How are customer service and support?

According to my experience with the support, they have been responsive, so I do not have any issues with the support. However, OneLogin does not have the ability to set a custom timeout on rotating security codes.

What other advice do I have?

I would advise others looking into using OneLogin to know that it is a very helpful tool that secures all business applications in a cost-effective way. It is very easy to use for new users with its intuitive and user-friendly interface, making it accessible even for non-technical individuals, and I highly recommend it because of its security and compliance capabilities.

Regarding OneLogin's AI capabilities, I consider the security and governance aspects carefully. In discussing OneLogin's AI features, I find that risk-based authentication and anomaly detection operate within OneLogin's existing security framework, ensuring that data stays encrypted and access controls are enforced.

Concerning OneLogin's AI capabilities, I find that the accuracy and reliability of risk detection have been solid for me, as the AI reliably flags unusual logins and access patterns, such as logins from new locations or devices, with an accuracy rate of 85 to 90 percent, as most alerts are legitimate risks and not noise.

      I rate this review a 9 out of 10.

Centralized access management has simplified secure logins and strengthened adaptive MFA
      Pros and Cons
      • "OneLogin has been a reliable and user-friendly IAM platform that helped simplify SSO and strengthen MFA adoption without creating too much complexity for users or administrators."
      • "OneLogin's reporting and dashboard customization could be more flexible, and troubleshooting federation or integration issues can sometimes take more effort than expected."

What is our primary use case?

OneLogin is primarily used for single sign-on, MFA enforcement, and centralized user access management across SaaS applications. We use OneLogin to give employees one secure login for applications like Microsoft 365, VPN access, and internal SaaS tools, while enforcing MFA policies based on user roles and access location.

OneLogin has improved user access management, simplified the login experience for employees, and strengthened MFA enforcement across cloud applications without adding too much administrative overhead. OneLogin serves as a cloud-based IAM platform integrated with both on-premises and cloud applications in a hybrid environment.

SmartFactor is used for adaptive authentication policies, and it does a good job balancing security and usability because low-risk logins stay simple while high-risk attempts automatically trigger stronger MFA requirements. This reduces unnecessary MFA fatigue for users while still improving overall account security.

Identity synchronization works well overall and helps keep user accounts, groups, and access permissions consistent across connected directories and cloud applications with minimal manual effort. The end-user experience has been very smooth overall since users can access most applications from a single portal with fewer password prompts and consistent authentication workflows.

Adaptive login features with Vigilance AI have been useful for identifying unusual login patterns and automatically applying stronger authentication when the risk level increases. HR-driven identity management makes onboarding and offboarding smoother by automatically provisioning and de-provisioning access based on employee status. This minimizes manual work and reduces the risk of orphaned accounts.

Enforcing MFA at the desktop level has strengthened endpoint security significantly because users still need strong authentication even when devices are offline, which helps reduce the risk of unauthorized local access.

      What is most valuable?

OneLogin made a big difference during remote expansion because it centralized authentication and MFA policies across cloud apps without adding too much complexity for users. The best features are a seamless SSO experience, adaptive MFA, centralized access management, and a large number of pre-built integrations for SaaS applications.

SmartFactor adaptive authentication feature is especially useful because it adjusts security requirements based on login risk and user behavior. SmartFactor has worked well because it adds extra verifications only when login behavior looks risky, so users are not constantly dealing with MFA prompts during normal day-to-day access.

OneLogin's integration library is definitely one of the strongest parts of the platform. OneLogin's customer identity and access management features help provide a smoother and more secure login experience for external users while giving better control over authentication policies, access management, and scalability.

      What needs improvement?

OneLogin's reporting and dashboard customization could be more flexible, and troubleshooting federation or integration issues can sometimes take more effort than expected. The UI is generally easy to use, but some admin sections feel a bit outdated, and more detailed troubleshooting documentation would help during complex integrations.

Better granular policy controls and more advanced analytics for authentication activity would be useful, especially for larger enterprise environments. More granular reporting and customization options would make administration even better.

For how long have I used the solution?

OneLogin has been used for approximately two years.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

OneLogin is smooth and very stable.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

OneLogin scales well for enterprise environments, especially for organizations managing a large number of users and cloud applications, and the centralized SaaS integration model makes expansion fairly straightforward.

How are customer service and support?

      Customer support is good.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

Before OneLogin, native application logins and some Microsoft AD Federation Services were mainly used, but the switch was made to get simpler cloud-based SSO, stronger MFA capabilities, and easier SaaS integration management.

      How was the initial setup?

OneLogin's pricing is competitive compared to other enterprise IAM platforms, and the setup was relatively straightforward for standard SSO deployments, although more advanced integrations and policies required additional planning and configuration effort.

      What was our ROI?

Good ROI has been seen mainly through reduced password-related support tickets, faster onboarding, and less time spent managing user access across multiple SaaS applications. OneLogin's centralized SSO and MFA management also reduced a lot of repetitive admin work for the IT team.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, and Ping Identity were evaluated before choosing OneLogin.

What other advice do I have?

Onboarding and application access provisioning are much faster now, and password-related support tickets have been reduced because users can access most applications through a single login portal. Planning application, integration, and MFA policies carefully from the beginning is advised for others looking into using OneLogin because OneLogin works best when access management and authentication workflows are standardized.

OneLogin has been a reliable and user-friendly IAM platform that helped simplify SSO and strengthen MFA adoption without creating too much complexity for users or administrators. This review is rated an eight out of ten.

I consider the pricing of OneLogin to be competitive since it is cheaper than other products I used, such as Okta, which is beneficial for mid-size organizations.

What other advice do I have?

While I do use SmartFactor authentication, my role focuses on security authentication, and it may be my colleagues who utilize it more, as I have not directly used that feature. I confirm that I have not used SmartFactor authentication. I personally do not use the user identity synchronization across directories functionality. I did not encounter any issues during that process. I did not understand the impact of enforcing MFA at the desktop level, regardless of online or offline status. After implementing MFA, I have not seen any impact on my security protocols. I have experienced no issues after implementing MFA in OneLogin, as it effectively secures my system. I give this review an overall rating of 10.

Centralized identity has simplified secure access while reporting and admin controls still need improvement
      Pros and Cons
      • "Since implementing OneLogin by One Identity, we have reduced user onboarding time by approximately 60 to 70 percent through automated provisioning, password-related support tickets have decreased by around 40 to 50 percent due to single sign-on, and automated de-provisioning has helped us ensure users lose access immediately upon leaving the organization, improving both security and compliance."
      • "One area for improvement would be providing more granular reporting and analytics along with an even more intuitive administration interface for managing large-scale deployments."

What is our primary use case?

My main use case for OneLogin by One Identity is securing the digital identities of employees for organizations, enabling better access management, better authentication, active directory management, and SSO purposes.

A quick, specific example of how I use OneLogin by One Identity in my daily work is that we use it for access management. For example, if an employee is in the sales department, only the applications needed for that employee are assigned to them. No other extra applications are assigned to that employee. This is how we use it for access management.

How has it helped my organization?

Single sign-on has reduced password-related support requests, while automated provisioning and de-provisioning have significantly reduced the time required to onboard and offboard users. Adaptive MFA has strengthened our security posture without creating unnecessary friction for end users. Since implementing OneLogin by One Identity, we have seen faster user onboarding, fewer access-related support tickets, and improved consistency in enforcing access policies. The centralized management of identities has also simplified administration and helped us maintain compliance more effectively.

Since implementing OneLogin by One Identity, we have reduced user onboarding time by approximately 60 to 70 percent through automated provisioning. Password-related support tickets have decreased by around 40 to 50 percent due to single sign-on, and automated de-provisioning has helped us ensure users lose access immediately upon leaving the organization, improving both security and compliance.

      What is most valuable?

OneLogin by One Identity offers excellent features including single sign-on, the smart factor, automated user provisioning and de-provisioning, and directory integration. It has a very large application catalog that can be integrated for passwordless login. Role-based access control is really helpful for compliance and reporting. Three features that most customers talk about OneLogin by One Identity are its single sign-on capabilities. For example, after logging in once, employees can access Salesforce, Microsoft 365, Slack, Jira, Zoom, and Workday. The benefits are faster access, fewer passwords, and fewer password reset tickets. The second feature is adaptive MFA. OneLogin by One Identity differentiates itself from basic MFA by not asking for MFA every time. When employees log in from the office on a trusted laptop, there is no MFA challenge. However, when the same employee logs in from another country on an unknown device, MFA is required. This really improves both security and user experience. The third is identity lifecycle management. OneLogin by One Identity automates the entire employee lifecycle. For example, when HR hires a new employee and creates the employee in Workday, OneLogin by One Identity automatically creates the AD account, provisions Microsoft 365, assigns Salesforce, grants Slack access, assigns the correct groups, and significantly reduces security risks.

Out of those features, the large app catalog, adaptive authentication, and identity lifecycle management, the biggest strength is combining single sign-on, adaptive MFA, and automated lifecycle management into a single platform that makes access both secure and simple. These three capabilities are generally considered core differentiators and are the features most organizations adopt first before expanding into broader identity governance.

OneLogin by One Identity provides a strong combination of SSO, adaptive MFA, and automated user provisioning, making identity management much simpler.

      What needs improvement?

One area for improvement would be providing more granular reporting and analytics along with an even more intuitive administration interface for managing large-scale deployments.

I would like to see OneLogin by One Identity have more AI-driven capabilities such as risk-based access recommendations, anomaly detection, and predictive insights for identity threats. More granular dashboards and real-time compliance reporting would also add significant value for security teams.

One area for improvement would be in enhancing the admin experience for large-scale environments. Features such as more customizable dashboards, richer reporting with easier export options, and more granular audit logs would help administrators gain better visibility into user activity. Additionally, SaaS applications would make day-to-day administration even more efficient.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been working in this field for the last one and a half years, and it is truly very interesting.

I have been using OneLogin by One Identity for the last one and a half years.

What other advice do I have?

I would rate OneLogin by One Identity at around a seven or eight because of its ease of use and its very good access management and SSO capabilities. I chose that number, seven or eight, because of its ease of use. It is very user-friendly and very easy to use. It has very good capabilities for managing SSO due to its application catalog. Directory integration is also very easy, and the security features are very good.

Regarding OneLogin by One Identity's AI capabilities, it currently leverages AI through its Vigilance AI engine. It drives features including smart MFA, and instead of relying on static, rigid access rules, it uses machine learning to analyze user behavior, location, and device context to assign risk scores in real time.

When evaluating OneLogin by One Identity's Vigilance AI from an operational perspective, accuracy and reliability come down to how machine learning evaluates risk scores in real time without causing friction or creating security blind spots. The accuracy of the risk scoring is achieved through Vigilance AI continuously calculating risk by comparing real-time login parameters such as IP reputation data, device fingerprint, and geographic velocity against a baseline of historical user behavior. It has a low false positive rate. In practice, the scoring engine is conservative enough to avoid nuisance MFA prompts for legitimate users operating within standard patterns. Edge case limitations exist where accuracy can dip slightly during sudden infrastructure shifts such as an organization rolling out a new corporate VPN or when users travel across regions with aggressive IP dynamic changes. In these cases, the AI initially flags normal traffic as high risk until the baseline recalibrates.

I purchased OneLogin by One Identity through the AWS Marketplace, and SmartFactor Authentication is immensely effective at this balancing act. When a user establishes a normal behavior pattern, the risk score remains low. The system can suppress multifactor authentication requirements to provide a frictionless login experience. It only introduces friction such as prompting for a password or denying access entirely when the risk score spikes due to anomalous behavior. This adaptive approach drastically reduces MFA fatigue for end users, which aligns with the goal of creating simplified, humanized cybersecurity experiences for non-technical audiences.

My overall rating for OneLogin by One Identity is seven out of ten.

Which deployment model are you using for this solution?

      Public Cloud
