Easy integration and intuitive user interface, but not suited for small companies.

What is most valuable?

Eloqua10 is a great tool for marketing automation for both B2B and B2C companies. It easily integrates with SFDC or any other CRM system. The user interface is intuitive and continues to get better with each release. The platform incorporates a broad range of processes including lead scoring, segmentation, lead capture, email automation, and reporting. Product support is available and one of the best features of Eloqua. They also offer multiple classes to help new and experienced users better use their product, and have a users forum (Topliners) for customers to search for answers to questions and interact with Eloqua power users.

What needs improvement?

Not suited for small companies. Pricing makes it better suited for mid-size firms and enterprises. However, if you can afford it, get it. Worth every penny.

Pros and Cons

  • "The product's initial setup process could be better."

What is most valuable?

It is a user-friendly product.

What needs improvement?

The product's initial setup process could be better.

For how long have I used the solution?

We have been using Oracle Eloqua for five years.

How are customer service and support?

The technical support team is good.

How would you rate customer service and support?

Positive

How was the initial setup?

The initial setup process is complex. It takes a few weeks to complete and requires one senior architect and one executive to complete the process. It needs more than one executive for maintenance and is easy to maintain.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

Oracle Eloqua's pricing is medium.

What other advice do I have?

I rate Oracle Eloqua an eight out of ten. It is a good product, but better and more complete solutions are in the market.
