CIO at a tech company with 51-200 employees
Easy to setup, responsive support network, but needs more granular folder ownership admin.
Pros and Cons
- "Easy to setup across the enterprise with Active Directory support for better managed security."
- "Would like more granular folder ownership administration."
What is most valuable?
Easy to setup across the enterprise with Active Directory support for better managed security. Very responsive support network.
What needs improvement?
Would like more granular folder ownership administration. For example, have an administrator create an initial user folder structure and then assign ownership to new user.

ShareFile is very useful because it empowers users to securely share files with other users and to sync files across all of their devices. I also like ShareFile because it integrates well with work tools such as Microsoft Outlook. As another pro, ShareFile is simpler for users to implement and manage, it does not require additional investment.
