I have performed the following use cases:

• Excel operations: taking data from Excel and using it in the desktop automation (environment: Tally ERP, MS Excel).
• Email automation: sending, analyzing and receiving mails (environment: MS Outlook).
• Security-related: such as getting reputation scores of different IPs and sending a mail for each IP which is found malicious (environment: McAfee ESM, different websites to get a score of the IP, MS Excel to store the score of each IP, MS Outlook to send mails to the concerned person).
• Invoice processing: taking data from a mail and using the OCR tool to extract details of the invoice, inputting the data to a desktop application provided by the client and sending a mail after the successful completion of the task (environment: MS Outlook, Kofax).
• Web-related use case: taking data from Excel and onboarding to a web application (MS Excel, web application).

UiPath has improved my organization in many ways:

• With the addition of UiPath in my organization, the process which has been implemented has sped that process a lot. 
• The process has become error free.
• The process now runs 24x7. 
• There is now no wait time for the processes as there are triggers to start the process. 

There are many features which I like about this tool a lot:

• Data scraping: Structured data can be captured very easily using this activity and stored in a variable.
• Orchestrator: helps to schedule processes with ease.
• Queues: for parallel processing of bots and simplifying complex processes.
• Security features 
• Credential manager to store sensitive data.

OCR is something which could be improved on to some extent as the result is not very accurate.

We currently use the tool to sell solutions to internal customers. Most of the work that we automate is the migration of data between systems, automation of emails, extraction of data from PDFs with OCR, among others. The gain has been perceptible from the first moment, as human errors have been noticeably reduced to almost zero. Another good point for us is that we can leave the robot working for as long as we want.

UiPath is certainly the most acclaimed RPA tool on the market. Its ease of use and firepower are prime points for its worship. Its interface is user-friendly, and even those who do not have programming ease can use it. The implementation and editing of selectors make the tool extremely powerful, and your courses at UiPath Academy make learning very easy and fast. The Orchestrator course is really good and allows the solution developer to completely meet any type of demand.

• Integration with Outlook, which is the main mail server we use in the company. 
• Integration with Google OCR and Microsoft OCR is very useful when we need to extract information from scanned PDFs. 
• Data scrapping when we need to extract large amounts of information from websites. 
• Integration with Excel, when we need to allocate this data in tables or CSV for future use, and many others.

Unfortunately, some things could still be improved. The documentation of ReFramework is very confusing, although there is the advanced course of UiPath, where the focus is ReFramework itself. I believe this is the most difficult, since certification is mandatory in ReFramework, and it is the Framework indicated by the company for the solution of problems.

UiPath is used as an RPA platform to automate the engineering-based repetitive and rule-based tasks in my company. UiPath has proved itself to be a very user-friendly and easy-to-adapt kind of software which does not require any core knowledge or coding background to start with.

UiPath has helped us improve our efficiency, and the quality of our deliverables has increased by many folds. It has also helped us to set up an automation environment which helps us in speedy and accurate delivery well before the deadline.

Pictorial workflow representation is in itself a standout feature of UiPath. Features like screen scraping, data scrapping, Citrix related automation features, mail sending activities, inbuilt recovery mechanism (REF) are really useful.

The features of Citrix related activities could be greatly improvised. The version compatibility or stability issues could be fixed in the coming releases.

Automation of high volume, repetitive processes. Both desktop and VDI/Citrix environments. We are going to implement it in the WFM team to reduce their workload and let them concentrate on more complex tasks.

UiPath is a great tool to quickly demonstrate the benefits of automation. It is fast to learn and implement. Therefore, it is easy to gain quick wins in time savings and reduction of human error rates.

If you are looking to automate VDIs, then UiPath delivers you a powerful tool to do so. Even better is that they are constantly making progress in that field and have some features coming up in the future that no other solution can deliver.

Also, UiPath gives you free access to their online learning academy which is really great if you are new to RPA and want to have a quick start in that field.

There should be some more activities that can replace others where coding is required. You can build a solution without coding knowledge, but I would recommend at least some prior knowledge of the .NET Framework.

Account opening and order placing for insurance application with web and Windows application and mailing report.

It reduces manual effort mostly and has quick automation implementation. Even automation resource is also reduced.

Data scraping is the method of fetching data from web applications intelligently; it identifies web table lists and others.

It cannot withstand in a situation like overloaded processes execution not up to the mark.

I basically use UiPath robotic process automation for everyday processes that can be done without my intervention.

UiPath robotic process automation helps us save time and effort by doing daily tasks instead of us doing them.

The most valuable feature of UiPath robotic process automation is the drag-and-drop functionality which helps us easily and quickly create the processes we need.

They could really improve the advanced training. It is too shallow and makes quick jumps from concepts, and you cannot really learn how to work more advancedly with it.

We use UiPath mostly for automating data entry forms and automatically copy-pasting between different apps.

We reduced a 10 people team to just one person, who just stands by most of the time and monitors the robotization process in action.

• It's very easy to set up an automation process. 
• The application is very intuitive and user-friendly. 
• There're also lots of training classes and training material available.

Our developers experienced some sluggishness while developing a very large automation. This only happened during automation though; the actual automation was not slow at all while running.

Using UiPath, we are currently solving tax calculation, mortgage calculation, etc. We have realized that UiPath doesn't actually require you to use code to develop workflows. These can be created by using simple drag-and-drop activities. This is helpful almost everywhere. Their community edition being free helps a lot.

We have been using UiPath for quite some time now, and I have a lot of positive remarks. UiPath is a tool which can be learned easily by anyone and everyone. UiPath itself provides videos and assessments for you to watch and learn accordingly. These things are available for free and certifications provided are freely available also. This tool will be useful when you need to automate a complex business process, and since UiPath has an immense amount of activities, this is very possible. Regular updates are pushed, and the notes are released as well on the community forum.

• Depending on the type of the process, we can choose which of the above-mentioned type we can use.
• Version control like SVN, TFS is available in the latest versions.

• As compared to other tools in the market, this is a little costly.
• Sometimes the UiPath Studio hangs while running complex processes.
• Whatever flows I develop using previous versions, it becomes a little difficult to open the same in latest versions. We need to update all the package which was used earlier.

• Good tool, it's extremely easy to use since it has just a drag-and-drop functionality.

• UiPath is easy to learn. They have the UiPath Academy (online courses) which is easy to follow, and it helps to learn how to use the platform and what an RPA is.
• There is an official forum too! So if you have any doubt, there will always be someone to help you to solve it.
