ZoomInfo can be improved with a monthly subscription plan, which will be helpful for a small company or a small business unit where we are just about to start and want to experiment with ZoomInfo.

I think ZoomInfo can be improved by getting the accuracy closer to 99%, as I mentioned it's about 95% accurate, but we do run the information through a secondary source just to validate the bounces, so that would just be great for us and I wouldn't have to run the information through another tool.

Most of the time the accuracy is definitely there, although there are instances where it was a company number rather than the actual person, and some information was outdated, such as when the person's name or information reflects someone who has already retired from the company, yet the system still listed that information.

Sometimes, the data can be lacking or inaccurate, with occasional server issues. I'd like to see these lagging issues addressed. For example, when validating data, there are often discrepancies; a company might show different data counts on ZoomInfo compared to other sources. Improving the integration of accurate data would be beneficial.
