| Lead Engineer at a aerospace/defense firm with 1,001-5,000 employees | 4.0 | I find WorkflowGen stable and productive, offering features like delegation, user groups, and custom code integration. Customer service is excellent. There's a minor email notification scalability concern, but it's a robust solution. |

We use this product for many different reasons related to our business.
We use it a lot for creating workflows to transfer materials between plants, which is a signature part of what we do.
The most valuable feature is the ability to automatically trigger the workflow.
This solution needs to be more customizable.
I would like to see additional functionality that allows the user to draw more points in the configuration.
The solution is stable.
I think that scalability can be improved.
I have not personally spoken with technical support for this solution.
The initial setup for this solution is straightforward.
This solution does most of what you need but there is a small bit that's left.
I would rate this solution a seven out of ten.
My company was already using it before I joined. So I think I do not have my view to express on this question.
Took few hours to build workflows with ready-to-use templates, so we had improved productivity.
User as a workflow supervisor or an admin, always have an option to see the overall workflow instances progress and workflow instances blocks, then re-assign them, delegate them, etc.
And the great thing is almost 99% no issues over deploying new versions.
Product has already had several revisions and I may not be the right person to comment now because I am not aware of latest version's updates!
No.
Yes, for email notification but it could also be with company network.
I faced only one typical issue over a period of three years and had a timely support for that. Got a good support for migrations too. I will rate a nine out of 10 in this area.
Still using the same.
I am afraid to say that I was not there during initial setup.
In-house only.
My company was already using it before I joined.
We have multiple options available in WorkflowGen to fulfill the given business requirement. Majority of the time, I write C# code and finally embed to the WorkflowGen process to fulfil the complex requirement.
It’s easier, more controlled and automatized checks of the budget through this system.
The reports for users. The reports with more details; we have to generate them by the database.
One year.
Not usually.
No.
I haven’t had the need to call technical support.
No.
The initial setup with a massive upload was straightforward, but I would suggest the possibility to copy and paste records to create specific additional records.
Better to have an unlimited end users pricing scheme.
Yes, FlexWorkflow system.
Give good training to the users.
