What is most valuable?
The fact that we don't need to purchase any hardware is a huge benefit. It also means we can have access from anywhere.
What needs improvement?
I think they could implement some new functionalities and I'd like to see some better training provided, whether it's documentation or training videos.
For how long have I used the solution?
I've been using this solution for three years.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
Stability has been pretty good, we haven't had any issues.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
We have not grown a lot, but it's an open road. We currently have around 300 users working in a variety of areas. We have three IT people working on infrastructure and user support.
How are customer service and support?
The technical support is good and they respond quite quickly.

How was the initial setup?
The initial setup was somewhat complex, I believe. Deployment took around four weeks and was implemented in-house.
Which other solutions did I evaluate?
We carried out some basic research and checked pricing on other solutions and Carbonite seemed to be the most suitable for us.
What other advice do I have?
It's all pretty straightforward, you just have to review everything before starting, and it's pretty smooth.
