Process capabilities impress while user setup requires streamlining

I stopped using ADONIS because it is not capable of integrating and automating business processes for the POC. I see that Camunda is more capable for our POC project to orchestrate business processes. We also plan to integrate with UiPath because currently, we are focusing on task automations, not process orchestrations. In the future, we plan to implement process orchestrations. I see that Camunda can integrate UiPath into the process, process model, and process integrations. ADONIS needs improvement mainly in user-friendliness, setup, and installations. As an administrator at that time, I found it quite difficult to manage users because I needed to open specific software, possibly Java-based, which is not web-based and should be installed first to manage the users.

Intuitive toolset engages users effectively in agile projects

I would recommend Bizagi depending on the maturity of the organization. For those just starting, it's a good tool to get into business modeling. In more mature environments, I might not pick this toolset because it doesn't integrate with live systems well. Overall, I would rate Bizagi between eight to nine.

When the processes become a bit large, it is very awkward to work with the Bizagi modeler. When you have already modeled but start to rearrange, it is quite a bit of an effort to change the stuff. The visual outputs of the DIREPs of the process models are pixelated and have a bad image quality. It is a PNG or JPEG, and you cannot export it as a PDF. When you have rather large processes, you should be able to arrange them hierarchically. Currently, it is not supported. If you use sub-processes and inflate a process, suddenly the arrangement is totally different, and although you know the process, you have to look where is it now. You need a good understanding of the levels of your processes before you start in Bizagi. It can have automatic support for optimal presentation. In BPM, you should have it from the top left to the bottom right. However, in most cases, people don't know how they should arrange it. Therefore, it would be nice to have a suggestion system for different arrangements to be able to better present the process."
