Automation Anywhere has evolved significantly and upgraded itself to provide agentic AI and AI-based automation solutions for document automation. The product has matured considerably over time. We can create workflows that can call an API. We can include prompts in particular workflows for ChatGPT-related functions, connecting to an LLM and RAG to perform tasks. For document automation, modern features are available to train documents, ensuring high accuracy and repeatability over time. The system is very easy to use. I recently completed a course in document automation, typically designed for people involved in coding and technical aspects. Though I understand coding comprehensively, I don't do actual coding. The course was very accessible. Currently, extensive coding isn't necessary due to the hybrid model incorporating GenAI aspects, low-code, no-code capabilities, APIs, and numerous pre-built objects in Automation Anywhere. The features include GenAI-driven prompting methods and workflow creation capabilities. In these workflows, we can create decision boxes and call APIs without coding. We simply pull objects, drop them, connect them, and add minimal coding when needed. The most crucial aspect isn't coding but rather sizing the automation and fleshing out the details. Automation Co-pilot takes notes and performs automated analysis. It can extract details from videos, summarize conversations, and provide detailed information. During calls, it identifies instructions and performs tasks such as preparing reports and reconciliation. Automation Anywhere can also connect with Microsoft Co-pilot. Through Co-pilot, real-time operations can be executed, allowing direct interaction between vendors and automation through this component.

Centralized sprint tracking has improved collaboration and now simplifies cross-team planning

Airtable offers multiple different features, particularly in the planning sector and calendar options, wherein workspaces can be created and shared with colleagues working together. Airtable provides numerous features such as managing groups, enabling notification preferences, and allowing communication with colleagues wherever they are working, such as if one person is in China and another is in India, with the option to notify changes and customize language preferences. The appearance can be changed and Airtable can be integrated with multiple other tools such as calendars in Microsoft Teams for notifications. You can start with templates or use AI to build custom apps, tailoring workflows. Workspaces are the primary focus because this is where all people have access shared between various different teams, allowing one particular person focusing on one area to make modifications or enhancements that are viewable. Airtable has had a positive impact, where previously reliance was placed on a calendar schedule for stand-up calls, spending lots of hours to understand who worked on which task. After Airtable came into the picture, so much time has been reduced, primarily focusing on productivity and engaging in development. Airtable provides managers with an overview of operations performed, how long tasks take, and the expected completion dates.

Centralized task tracking has transformed team collaboration and has saved significant time

The features or capabilities of AppSheet that I have found the most valuable include Freeze Panes, which is one of the most valuable features, and Dropdown, which is another valuable feature. Freeze Panes is extremely important because it freezes the first top row of the sheet. When I'm scrolling the sheet and going down, I can see the first row on the screen full time while scrolling to my data. This is a very beautiful feature of Google Sheets. Additionally, the dropdown feature allows me to write yes, no, and not applicable against a particular line item without typing every time by creating a dropdown. I write it once with yes, no, not applicable, and then I select that option. The real-time updates in AppSheet improve collaboration in my team because 40 people in the same department operate on a single Google Sheet. They all update their tasks, their projects, and everything on that same sheet, which is a massive leap in technology. Otherwise, I would be mailing a single Excel sheet to 40 people and getting everybody's input from them all manually, which would be extremely time-consuming. It's a massive technology jump when it comes to collaboration.
