Great user-friendly interface; provides many functionalities and many free applications
The interface is good and very user-friendly, it's easy for our customers to use. Cloud Pak provides a lot of functionalities and many free applications available from the online shop which can be deployed to your system. It allows for an increase in functionalities even if you've bought the smallest installation.

An excellent tool for incident response that provides good support to its users
IBM Resilient is a good tool for medium or big organizations. Before buying the product, we must check whether IBM Resilient supports the security tools we have. Then we can leverage the tools. Overall, it is a good tool for incident response. We have seen multiple incidents where the containment was done by the tool. We don't have to use different tools for containment. The solution is one of the oldest tools for the SOAR platform. I will not rate the tool a ten out of ten because there are some glitches that need improvements. Overall, I rate the solution an eight out of ten.

Pros

"Cloud Pak provides a lot of functionalities and many free applications available from the online shop which can be deployed to your system, allowing for an increase in functionalities even if you've bought the smallest installation."
"The interface is good and very user-friendly."
"The solution is easy to use."
"As a whole, the product is stable...Technical support is very good."
"The most valuable thing about it is how easy it is to navigate the user interface."
"The initial setup of IBM Resilient is not that complex since my company already has a support license that we use internally. In general, the product's deployment phase is not that complex."
"The UBA, User Behavior Analytics, is very good."
"IBM Resilient is scalable."
"The integration with IBM SIM and the ability to block users during brute force attacks are particularly effective."
"This is a good solution that we recommend for customers."

Cons

"The customer support is generally quite good but sometimes there are problems with the vendor, tickets get lost, and the response time can be slow."
"Lacks sufficient technical support."
"The initial setup is not straightforward or simple. It's quite complex."
"Its price and technical support need improvement."
"Integrating IBM Resilient with other applications can be very difficult and technically challenging. Often, they use the excuse that you are using the latest version of an application, such as an endpoint security system, and they don't have an API or support for it at the moment. There is no automation in the SOAR solution."
"The response time of the support is an area of concern where improvements are required."
"This product could be improved with better customization. This product isn't the best on the market like QRadar, but it's actually a good solution. However, some competitors' solutions contain more integration, support, automation, or flexibility."
"IBM Resilient is quite complex, including its configuration."
"The integration could be improved so that it is easy to integrate with other solutions."
"The product must provide more integration with other tools."

Pricing and Cost Advice

Information not available
"I would rate the tool’s pricing a three out of ten. The tool’s pricing is on a yearly basis."
"There are no costs except for the support services that our company pays in addition to the licensing charges attached to the solution."
"It is very expensive."
"The licensing cost for IBM Resilient is not too expensive, but it's not affordable, so it's moderately expensive. Regarding price, I'm rating the solution seven out of ten. The company pays for the license yearly, based on the number of users. Apart from the cost of the license you need to pay for each user, you also need to spend an initial investment for the base platform. You also have to pay for IBM Resilient support."
"I feel it is an expensive product when my company pays annually for renewal, support, and follow-up."
"Pricing for the solution is good, in my opinion."
"There is a license you need to pay for in order to use this product."
"The cost of the product is quite high."
