Automates processes efficiently with cost-effective scaling and robust customer support
Web scraping is quite good since it offers a lot of possibilities. Another important feature for me is its compatibility with MBI, the Power that is ISEQUADO Centers. I appreciate the ability to scale and increase the number of bots or studios without additional expense. Automate's non-reliance on additional orchestrators makes it quite cost-effective.

Provides smart AI tools and easy to use
I would like to have more flexibility in connecting the platform with third-party systems. It is easy to connect IBM RPA with other IBM products, but it is complicated when connecting to non-IBM systems. So, I would like IBM RPA to be even more flexible in connecting to third-party systems.

Excellent end-to-end workflow management but document extraction needs improvement
There are a few areas that can be improved. Firstly, Kryon RPA needs to enhance the robustness of its multi-board architecture to ensure the availability of bots on multiple machines. Secondly, Kryon RPA should focus on improving document extraction. When compared to other integrated products, such as those offered by its competitors, its document extraction capabilities need more attention. Additionally, Kryon RPA should work on enhancing the allocation response for multiple bots to maximize their utilization. These are the key aspects that require improvement, along with the inclusion of a high availability feature. While I hope the data is stored in the cloud, I'm not entirely certain. However, it's crucial to ensure seamless integration with third-party vendors to enhance the usage of the product console.
