Has a simple interface, is easy to use, and has good stability
It's really easy to use and has a simple interface.  The networking could use improvement.  One to three years. Stability is good.  Scalability is just fine. We have fifty users, most of them are admin roles.  Their technical support is very good. They are very helpful. The initial setup was…

I am generally satisfied with the talent management capabilities in Oracle HCM Cloud, but as I mentioned, there are certain pages that really lag sometimes and there are a lot of bugs in talent management. Before, when it had a responsive UI, it was fine, but after it switched to Redwood, I feel there are bugs, and the functionality stated in the documents is not accurate. It takes some time to get that feature, and we need to raise product SR or ask in the community how it works. It's not easily understandable, especially in the talent management area. One potential area of improvement for Oracle HCM Cloud is that it lags. It takes time to reflect the pages, and the loading time now requires us to wait for the page to load. Earlier, we used to click and see the page immediately. However, now we need to wait for it to get loaded, which can be frustrating when working in a fast mode.

Pros

"Poor user experience."
"It's really easy to use and has a simple interface."
"The advanced scheduler helps to ensure proper staffing."
"Do it."
"Technical side: The level of detail (building blocks) in configuration (setup) makes it scalable and secure on a functional level, as well as on a data level."
"The flexibility in configuration is this product’s most valuable feature."
"We have not had any issues with the stability of this solution."

"It has simplified the management of users and roles into a single UI and is a great advance for implementers and system administrators alike."
"The tool's implementation has resulted in significant time savings, ranging from 30 to 50 percent across various processes. Oracle HCM, particularly its payroll functionality, has proven to be highly valuable for our organization. Additionally, the ability to implement various customizations has proven valuable. The robust nature of Oracle HCM Cloud ensures high accuracy."
"Pricing is competitive."
"For me personally, the most valuable is the account management suite, and they're constantly developing it."

Cons

"Poor user experience. Web based, but requires old version of Java on the desktop which is a security nightmare."
"Customer Service: 3/10 Technical Support: I would give technical support a rating of 3/10. A lot of the time, their technical support person did not understand the issue."
"Licenses are expensive."
"The setup was complex."
"The networking could use improvement."
"Product integration, particularly with collaboration tools, is lacking in this solution."
"The GUI interface should be more user-friendly."
"The support from Oracle HCM Cloud is great, they are responsive and helpful. However, they still could improve."
"From the feedback that I get, the functional side of the payroll could be improved."
"As the product is cloud based, it is a heavily standardized system. There is little or no option to customize business processes, features, or integrate the few exceptional business processes to work with the existing product."
"Learning Management on cloud is relatively new and has scope for improvement."
"The recruitment aspect is good, but it's new and it still needs some enhancements. In the future, we hope it will be similar to Taleo."
"The product is comparably complex to install and deploy properly."
