LeadSquared Sales + Mobile CRM could improve on the integration level, as the process sometimes takes seven to ten days, requiring internal evaluations, order form sharing, and billing issues. Additionally, there are areas where the feature set could be expanded to adapt to new trends, which would reduce the need for extensive integrations. I think the pricing is a sensitive issue, as they charge for various integration and customization work, which can become quite expensive. Regarding LeadSquared Sales + Mobile CRM's AI capabilities, I find the integration process a bit challenging, but I can confirm that data security remains secure on the cloud. The mobile CRM interface could be more user-friendly, as it currently lacks many dropdowns or features available in the website version. Additionally, the analytics section, integration speed, and feature enablement are areas needing improvement. The pricing and setup costs are on the higher side, based on my requirements and business needs. Licensing should be part of the overall implementation cost rather than charged separately for each user.

Recently, the price of SAP CRM has increased, which is one concern. Another issue is that sometimes we experience slow performance. Reports in SAP CRM itself can become very slow. Other than that, it is a very good CRM system. I am happy with SAP CRM because whenever we have requirements for changes or customization as per our needs, we get them, and the downtime is minimal. We are getting very good support from the incident team and the in-house support team who are responsible for customization. Some customer centers have moved to Salesforce, but I don't have any experience with Salesforce to make a comparison.

Cons

"LeadSquared Sales + Mobile CRM could improve on the integration level, as the process sometimes takes seven to ten days, requiring internal evaluations, order form sharing, and billing issues."

"There could be some specific configurable options on the UI level to improve visibility."
"Improvement is needed for SAP CRM's integration with Microsoft Teams and Outlook Its integration with Microsoft collaboration software, including Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint, is not very good. There are issues with synchronization between appointments in CRM and Outlook, as well as challenges with managing contacts, which creates problems."
"They should improve the design to make it more appealing to users."
"They have recently updated their user interface but they should continue to improve upon it in the future. Additionally, overall performance or speed of response times could be better."

Pricing and Cost Advice

Information not available
"Its price is reasonable. As compared to other CRMs, this CRM is competitively priced. They have multiple flavors with different sets of functionality. Pricing is based on the flavor that suits your requirement. If you have more users, the cost will come down."
"SAP CRM costs approximately a couple of thousand a month."
"From the maintenance perspective, SAP CRM is quite expensive compared to cloud services because the current solution they're using is managed by us and we are hosting it on servers. There is the cost of hosting, and managing servers and applications. The overhead is substantial, but this solution is a legacy system. It will take some time for the customer to migrate out of it."
"The company has seen an increase in revenue."
"There is a license required for the solution and most of my clients purchase an annual license."
"The product is costly."
"Every user needs to have a license."
"The licensing model for SAP CRM is customer-based."
