We use the product to manage our licensing, monitor our devices, and maintain our security posture.

The solution is easy to use with a convenient interface. We can install it and get it running within a few hours.

When we fully utilize certain functions, the CPU and memory utilization can reach 100% or more, causing the system to become unresponsive during production hours.

There could be a lighter and improved central management system to ensure reliability during peak usage.

We have been working with Fortinet FortiGate Cloud for one year.

The platform is stable. 

The platform is scalable. 

The initial setup process was straightforward. The deployment took approximately one week.

Our implementation strategy involved collecting information, analyzing it, connecting with users, and selecting the best security options for our organization. We then procured the firewall with the help of a vendor.

We have a maintenance license and maintain our security plans and the firewall in-house.

We evaluated Sophos Firewall. In comparison, Fortinet FortiGate Cloud is easy to use. 

We use an ecosystem of related products, including a management solution, which we have configured to manage multiple projects efficiently, enhancing our overall security posture.

I recommend Fortinet FortiGate Cloud to others and rate it an eight. 

I use the solution to respond to our SD-WAN requirements and to protect different links that access the resources. For example, if the user needs access to an application, then we use SD-WAN for access to the internet or to the cloud.

The security features, for example, URL filtering, AMP, and advanced threat protection, are very valuable.

I also like that Fortinet FortiGate Cloud is cheaper than other solutions, such as Cisco.

The capacity to execute the solution needs to be improved.

I would like to see management and analytics included in the solution.

I've been using it for four years. It's on-premises and is integrated to the cloud.

It's very stable; it's a decent solution.

The scalability is not good because there have been many barriers to scaling. It's possible that our current model won't support future increases in the load and traffic.

We currently have 3000 users including IT and network engineers.

Technical support has got better, and I would give them a ten out of ten.

It's easy to set up the solution, and I would give it five out of five. In general, it takes about one to two months, and in our case, it took two months.

Our deployment plan was to optimize the connection, and we did it in-house. For deployment and maintenance, we are a part of a team of five engineers.

Fortinet has a good price, and I would give it a four out of five. There are no additional fees.

We evaluated Cisco and Palo Alto before going with Fortinet FortiGate Cloud.

Cisco is good in terms of networking and SD-WAN, but it's not good with regard to security. Last year, Cisco was not in Gartner's Quadrant for security, but Fortinet and Palo Alto were leaders.

Palo Alto is very good and very strong in SD-WAN and in security, but the cost is prohibitive in some locations.

Fortinet has a good price.

My experience with Fortinet FortiGate Cloud has been good. It's easy to deploy, and it has a lot of information on the web to configure it.

I would rate the solution at eight on a scale from one to ten because of the ease of deployment, the many security features in the same appliance, and the fact that there are no additional costs for protection at base level to enterprise level. It's a good solution to begin perimeter protection.

The most valuable feature of Fortinet FortiGate Cloud is the logs are stored longer on this cloud version. If you have the on-premise version you will not be able to store the logs for more than one or two months.

Fortinet FortiGate Cloud could improve security. Some of my customers do not trust on-cloud solutions.

I have been using Fortinet FortiGate Cloud for a few years.

Fortinet FortiGate Cloud is stable because it is a cloud solution.

The scalability of Fortinet FortiGate Cloud is good.

We have approximately 20 people using Fortinet FortiGate Cloud.

The technical support from Fortinet FortiGate Cloud is good and they are responsive.

We have a coordinator who looks after the maintenance and support of Fortinet FortiGate Cloud.

If you purchase any Fortinet firewall, they will give you FortiCloud for 100 GB for free. You can access Fortinet FortiGate Cloud freely up to certain limits.

I would recommend this solution to others.

I rate Fortinet FortiGate Cloud a seven out of ten.

My clients are using Fortinet FortiGate Cloud for network protection. 

The most valuable features of Fortinet FortiGate Cloud are the protection of internal and remote systems.

The interface and dashboards should improve in Fortinet FortiGate Cloud. Other solutions have better graphical interfaces.

We have been using Fortinet FortiGate Cloud within the past 12 months.

My advice to others is to review all the solutions in the market but I think Fortinet FortiGate Cloud is a very good solution for many use cases.

I rate Fortinet FortiGate Cloud a nine out of ten.

Our company is a local reseller of Fortinet FortiGate Cloud. We use the solution for anti-spam and for checking for viruses. We send traffic to the cloud for inspection and after that, all the requests for our website with services come back to the appliance in headquarters. 

At headquarters, we have 61 users. We also have some other branches connected with headquarters.

Fortinet FortiGate Cloud has helped us avoid intrusions and hacking. It is the most important service we have. 

The most valuable feature is the inspection. It inspects before we have any traffic stops intrusion.

I recommend that Fortinet FortiGate Cloud improve their rules for configuration with each other.

I have been using Fortinet FortiGate for two years.

For the last three years Fortinet FortiGate has been stable.

The solution is scalable.

Technical support is good.

The initial setup of Fortinet FortiGate required a lot of stages over a few days. We installed it first on the cloud and checked in for the request. Once we were sure that we were rejecting suspicious intrusions and traffic we made the full installation for the cloud integrated with the local system at headquarters.

We have three engineers that are responsible for deployment and maintenance.

Our team, together with Fortinet FortiGate Cloud's team completed the entire installation on the cloud and the local system.

There are no additional costs outside of the standard licensing fees.

I recommend other companies to use Fortinet FortiGate Cloud, it satisfies my requirements and it prevents a lot of hacking. I rate this solution as an 8 out of 10.

We use the solution to protect our office facilities. We have it deployed on a couple of hundred devices and we have about 30 users. We are customers of Fortinet and I'm the CEO. 

The solution offers very good network performance and efficiency.

We had a problem with external attacks in the previous solution we were using so I'd always like to see additional security around that problem. 

I've been using this solution for six months. 

The solution is very stable. 

Fortinet has very comprehensive documentation, so we haven't communicated with technical support. 

The initial setup is relatively straightforward and took us a couple of days. We did it ourselves and once it was up and running, everything went smoothly. 

We pay a one-off licensing fee and an installation license. It's all-inclusive. 

We introduced FortiGate to our customers because we know it works properly and our customers are satisfied with it. We don't have any concerns about the product.

When comparing this solution to others it is less expensive and there is an annual license required.

There are different options available and it is important to choose a package that fits your use case. Overall this is a great solution.

I rate Fortinet FortiGate Cloud a ten out of ten.

We've implemented this solution for our clients. 

We are customers of Fortinet and I'm the company owner. 

The solution works well for remote or branch offices with unlimited links. That's where we've found the most benefit.

I'd like to see some configuration changes. The speed seems to be a little better than it was previously but it could still be improved. I'd also like to see a little more provisioning or training on the different scenarios and functions and features. And obviously the price point; it's a tough market out there these days, so for some of our smaller customers the price is quite steep. 

We have contacted support a couple of times and they're pretty good. It takes a little while to get hold of them but once you do, they're very knowledgeable and they're helpful. We got bounced around for a while so it took time to get to somebody that could actually answer our question as opposed to continually being redirected. We were on site with our clients and it took us a couple of hours to make contact. It wasn't critical.
