I haven’t rated it higher because of the workflow engine. I believe it can be improved upon, looking at other workflow solutions like Pega and Lombardi.

I think this product, because it does integrate with a variety of IBM products, as an end-user application, it's complex and a little bit more difficult to set up.

We use a customized viewer, because ICN doesn't have a couple of features we need around security, restricting content; who can see what content within the repository.
