Mailchimp could be more user-friendly for setting up WordPress websites. Some of the complex settings can be time-consuming to configure. So, setting up Mailchimp for WordPress websites can be time-consuming for an average user.

The solution should improve its reporting feature. There should be more transparency around API development. At the moment, the clients are pushing custom API into the mail, so we don't have too much visibility regarding what endpoints they're pushing the data into.
