The licensing policy needs to change. The current model requires customers to purchase a minimum of two thousand licenses, which is not flexible for all customers. They should consider a more flexible licensing approach. Furthermore, alignment with customer expectations rather than offering numerous features that are not requested would be beneficial.

I would recommend PRTG Enterprise Monitor to others as it works well with Android devices, and you can try the free version before purchasing. However, I would not recommend it for banking sites as it might not be capable of monitoring everything. I'd rate the solution eight out of ten.

PRTG is good and very easy to use. Many other companies are using it, and it doesn't get slow. I never saw its performance becoming slow. PRTG is agentless, so it doesn't need agents installed to work. But the real-time aspect is not actually real-time. However, being agentless can be a plus point for PRTG. We can change the refresh time down to seconds. It improves the response time. It has good response time for support. If someone from our department installed PRTG, they will take care of it and provide support. If our company provides PRTG, we will give them the support and be available 24/7 for that. There are many types of alerts in PRTG. So, it has great alerting capabilities.
