We use RMM tool to monitor our endpoints and their security and the health of the endpoints. And it works fine.
What is our primary use case?
What is most valuable?
The most valuable thing is that we can integrate any other solutions with SuperOps. Like, SuperOps is a monitoring tool, but for security, for backup, we can integrate with other solutions providers as well.
I like the PSA tool. It is very user-friendly and interactive with the customer as well. We can, the customer, give feedback directly to the solution. There is no need for another communication channel, like a different email from Outlook or any other tool. From the same solution, we could communicate with the customer, and the customer could reply. So, it includes a collaboration tool with the customer.
It could immediately pop up any problem that's at the customer end or in the end devices. Sometimes, it happens that we come to know about an incident negatively, but the monitoring tool gave me the information immediately.
What needs improvement?
I have more experience with integration. So, as an integrator, I found some issues when I integrated the accounting software with Xero. Though we did solve it, if I could know the reason behind it, for some time, it did not sync with Xero. Why did it not sync?
So, I had an error. I communicated with the support team to solve it. But if I could see the reason, I think I could solve it myself.
So, I would like to have a detailed view of the integration.
For how long have I used the solution?
We [my company] have not started using SuperOps.ai commercially, we tested it in the demo period. It was one month, and we also extended for two more weeks. We tested it, and we are satisfied with their solution.
So, now, we use the latest version.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
I would rate the stability level of SuperOps.ai an eight out of ten, with one being low and ten being high stability.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
I would rate the scalability of SuperOps an eight out of ten, where one is low and ten is high scalability.
Overall, I am satisfied with the scalability. We tested it, but we have not deployed it yet. We are launching the new company, but we tested almost 50 endpoints.
As we are forming a new company for the managed service provider, we are evaluating many software. SuperOps.ai is one of them. So, we are actually in the process to launch it in the upcoming months.
How are customer service and support?
The customer service and support are very good. When I had any query, they did not keep me in queue. They immediately gave me the solution, and they're very helpful.
So when I leave the request, this request is immediately answered.
The communication that we need to do is with their website chatbot. They also have the bot and also have the main [support channel]. So if you are not satisfied with the bot, you can talk with a human, I mean, chat with a human. They respond within five minutes. So there is only a five-minute response time, and they maintain it, and they're useful.
How would you rate customer service and support?
Positive
Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
First of all, most of the software is similar. I chose SuperOps.ai mainly because of its support.
How was the initial setup?
I would rate my experience with the initial setup an eight out of ten, with ten being easy and one being difficult.
I did not face any issues with the initial setup. The customer service and support were with me and they prepared the setup, so it was very easy.
So, it took me a maximum of one hour. It was very quick.
There is a wizard on their website. You need to sign in, and you will get your account.
We use it on cloud. One person is enough for the maintenance.
What about the implementation team?
We are a systems integrator, but we are opening a new business path, which is an MSP, a managed service provider.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
I would rate the pricing a five out of ten, where one is a low price, and ten is a high price.
It is affordable.
What other advice do I have?
Overall, I would rate it a seven out of ten. I would recommend others to take demo and experience it, and then decide.
Which deployment model are you using for this solution?
Public Cloud
If public cloud, private cloud, or hybrid cloud, which cloud provider do you use?
Amazon Web Services (AWS)
