The most interesting feature for me on ADP is the custom reporting tool. It's got something called a field grabber, which makes it so much easier to generate your own custom reports simply by pulling tabs from any feature.
ADP Workforce Now enhances organizational efficiency by streamlining payroll, although users seek payroll functionality improvements and better report development. Reporting and benefits management are valuable, but the benefits portal lacks user-friendliness. Performance management supports new systems. Attendance tracking is crucial for managing diverse workforces. Despite offering a secure cloud environment, report functionality falls short of competitors. Customer service needs better training for effective system operations.
