Also, it covers all of security use cases that you might have as a firewall.

The most valuable feature of this solution is the stability, it's actually tailored for that. 

It has many useful tools, such as managing wireless connections. If you have access points from the same vendor then you can manage them through FortiGate using the sandbox.

It's easy to use, it's straightforward, easy to configure, and to configure to your needs.

Reporting is an area that can be enhanced. It is not always beneficial, and you have to buy an additional license to get the type of reports that you're looking for.

There are often releases of the new firmware, which requires upgrades often. This is an inconvenience for customers as they have to have a maintenance window and turn off the internet until the upgrade is complete.

In the future, they could integrate with a third-party reporting tool such as Crystal Reports or Power BI, which might be beneficial, as it currently requires an additional license.

I have been working with FortiGate Cloud since 2015.

This solution is stable.

For the cloud, it is scalable because its nature. When it comes to the on-premises version, you are limited by your hardware.

With the Cloud, you can enhance or increase your cloud instance as your environment grows.

Technical support is wonderful. They are one of the good companies that provide really good technical support.

The initial setup is easy. Provided that you have your requirements clear, it is not complex. If you do not have clear requirements then it's like any other technology and it will be complex.

If you have your requirements ready and you what you want to achieve then it's straightforward.

The pricing is mid-ranged, it's not very expensive but it's not the cheapest or most affordable in the market.

When you have FortiGate, you subscribe to the FortiCloud in order to have certain intelligence.

This solution is good but there are many areas that need improvements.

I would rate this solution a seven out of ten.

The load balancing of the solution is excellent.

The QoS (Quality of Service) provided is very impressive.

When it comes to the overall product, I don't see places for improvement. It's excellent.

The cost of the solution is too high. It should be adjusted to be more affordable for companies. Right now, I feel like it's far too much.

I've been using the solution for about a year at this point.

The solution is quite stable. I haven't had issues with it crashing on me. I don't recall running into any bugs or glitches. It's very reliable so far.

The solution is scalable. We have 150 people on it right now in our company, but if we needed to expand it, I have no doubt it would be relatively easy. In fact, we're beginning to expand a little bit now and plan to increase usage in the future as well.

When it comes to technical support, the problem we have found is that if an issue comes, it takes a day to get everything resolved. It could be faster. They can be better at optimizing how they answer tickets in terms of response times. There must be ways to make the process more streamlined. It would make it easier for their clients. 

We didn't previously use other options before we chose Fortigate Cloud. It was the first one we chose.

The initial setup is straightforward. I don't find it to be complex at all.

Once we went through the documentation and all of the other items, it might have taken a day or so to set everything up and deploy the solution.

The solution is quite expensive.

We had a look at Silver Peak and a few other products. However, we heard from the reviews and at other expos that FortiGate would be the right solution for what we required, so we chose to try them out instead.

I'm a user of the solution; I don't have a relationship to Fortigate. I'm not a reseller or integrator.

I don't really have specific advice for other companies considering trying it, however, I think they would enjoy using the product. In terms of stability and ease of use, it's great. It's not complex at all. It's an approachable product.

I'd rate the solution eight out of ten. I'd give it a perfect ten out of ten if we could get more leverage in terms of automation and integration. We'd really like to leverage automation resources in the future.

We use the product to manage our licensing, monitor our devices, and maintain our security posture.

The solution is easy to use with a convenient interface. We can install it and get it running within a few hours.

When we fully utilize certain functions, the CPU and memory utilization can reach 100% or more, causing the system to become unresponsive during production hours.

There could be a lighter and improved central management system to ensure reliability during peak usage.

We have been working with Fortinet FortiGate Cloud for one year.

Our implementation strategy involved collecting information, analyzing it, connecting with users, and selecting the best security options for our organization. We then procured the firewall with the help of a vendor.

We have a maintenance license and maintain our security plans and the firewall in-house.

We evaluated Sophos Firewall. In comparison, Fortinet FortiGate Cloud is easy to use.

I recommend Fortinet FortiGate Cloud to others and rate it an eight.

Fortinet FortiGate Cloud is more inexpensive than other vendors.

Based on our evaluation, Palo Alto works better than Fortinet FortiGate Cloud, particularly due to its global presence with multiple points of presence (POPs).

I don't recommend Fortinet FortiGate Cloud to others. They could improve reporting and analytics capabilities. I rate it a five out of ten.

Our primary use case is for small or medium-sized organizations that simplify their operations through connections in the cloud.

The most valuable features are management and integration.

I would like to see more reporting from the analysis improved in the future.

I have been working with Fortinet FortiGate Cloud for the past six years.

We have not identified any stability issues up to this point.

I think it is scalable for the small and medium companies that we work with.

In Portugal, we have direct support from Fortinet FortiGate Cloud because we are well served here in terms of support from their team in Portugal. It is very good and we have a close relationship with them.

We use Palo Alto and Prism Cloud as competitive solutions.

The initial setup is straightforward and fast if you have the Fortinet FortiGate Cloud infrastructure.

The price fits the needs of our clients and it is adjustable by Defender.

I would recommend Fortinet FortiGate Cloud. If you have an infrastructure based on other vendors, you should also evaluate other solutions. I would rate Fortinet FortiGate Cloud a seven on a scale of one to ten.

Fortinet could improve FortiGate Cloud by providing better integration with third-party applications and features.

There are different options available and it is important to choose a package that fits your use case. Overall this is a great solution.

I rate Fortinet FortiGate Cloud a ten out of ten.

Mostly, we use the solution as a preemptive firewall for protection of most of the Active Directories, Azure, our main servers that we migrated and web application servers, those moved to the cloud. 

The main purpose of this cloud solution is too greatly simplify IT life, as it does in every facet. It also make things easier to manage. 

Everything related to the graphical user interface should be improved. 

We have been using and integrating Fortinet FortiGate Cloud for around two years. 

There is no need to improve technical support. 

When the template is used deployment takes less than two minutes. What is nice about the template is that it provides FortiGate with load balancer capabilities, with the input and output rules relating to it. This will save time from being wasted on load balancing. In contrast, Azure requires that a load balancer be created between two or three VMs. The template provides all of these features, meaning that there is no need to do anything extra. It will create everything by default. The Azure template, not so much. 

We are both users and integrators of the solution. 

As with us, our customers need not pay for a license. One brings one's own. 

I would absolutely recommend this solution to others.
