Customer support and getting help from MHR iTrent are not great at all.
MHR iTrent concentrates too much on sales, like a selling mechanism. They don't concentrate on helping their existing clients get the most out of the solution. All they're interested in is selling you something else to add on.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been using MHR iTrent for about three and a half years.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
MHR iTrent is a scalable solution. I rate MHR iTrent a seven or eight out of ten for scalability.
How was the initial setup?
MHR iTrent's initial setup is difficult. Most of our problems are because the solution wasn't set up correctly initially with MHR iTrent's help.
What other advice do I have?
Overall, I rate MHR iTrent a six out of ten.
