I have used Microsoft Teams but Zoom is our companies platform of choice.
How was the initial setup?
The implementation is simple. You download the application and run it. It is very straightforward.
What about the implementation team?
We do not require a technical team for the implementation or maintenance.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
I am using the free version of the solution. However, it has a time limit of 45 minutes for meetings. We do not have meetings longer than 45 minutes, it is fine for us.
What other advice do I have?
I rate Zoom an eight out of ten.

Installation can be handled on one's own. Even my children can do this.

We use Zoom in our office because our company is contracted with it. We are comfortable with its use and everyone can utilize it. We also have Teams.
The way the solution works is that the school provides the students with a link, which they use to connect to their teachers over their laptops. This is how classes are conducted online.
I rate Zoom as a six to seven out of ten.

It has lower bandwidths than other products that we have used and has worked well. It is important to have good quality sound and video than anything else.

The stability has been good but it could still improve. However, I have not found a better solution.

I have used Microsoft Teams and when comparing it to Zoom, Teams is more bandwidth-heavy, I find it cuts out a lot. I am generally in low bandwidth areas these days and I find it problematic to keep up with the conversations. Teams is similar to Zoom in which they both have a lot of features.

The cost of Zoom is approximately $150 USD annually.

It is pretty reliable. It works on multiple devices. It works on your phone and on your computer.
What needs improvement?
They can make it easier to use and more intuitive. Ease of use is always a key for selling a product.
For how long have I used the solution?
I started using it during the pandemic.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
For the most part, it has been stable. I never really had any issues with it crashing, having to call in twice, or anything like that. It is pretty reliable.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
I've experienced larger meetings, and it works fairly well. We had a meeting with more than 50 people on it, and that was pretty impressive. It may have been the enterprise version. I guess enterprises have licenses to do certain things. I don't really know for a fact, but that would be my guess.
How was the initial setup?
You just download it and go. When you're on your device, you just download the client, and then you attend the meetings.
What other advice do I have?
Just from my perspective about it, I would give it a nine out of 10.
