| CTO at JabJabGroup | 4.0 | Mojo Networks offers valuable control and visibility features, especially available on the cloud, allowing you to monitor network activities. While the initial setup requires improvement, users in medium to large companies experience a quick return on investment due to its stability and comprehensive reports. |
| Network Engineer at Convergent Wireless Communications | 4.5 | I implemented Mojo Networks at several universities in India. It excels in WIPS technology and efficient client monitoring. However, it has coverage issues compared to other OEMs. I hope future enhancements include better coverage and analytics. |
| Senior Network Engineer at Tata Motors | 3.0 | Mojo Networks provided us with an in-house and controller solution, but their management area and support need improvement. We switched from Airtight and Arista to Mojo but eventually moved to Juniper due to slow technical support resolutions. |
| CTO at JabJabGroup | 4.5 | I find this solution very stable, scalable, and secure, with easy setup and good support. My only complaint is its limited availability. Overall, it's an excellent enterprise product, which I rate 9/10. |
| Director of IT at a legal firm with 51-200 employees | 2.5 | I've used this solution for 11 years for corporate and guest WiFi. Setup was straightforward, but it's slow and lacks visibility into network issues or user speeds. I'm looking to switch as I rate it 5/10. |
| Founder, Director at Tres Infosol Pvt. Ltd. | 4.0 | I find Arista Wi-Fi (Mojo) an extremely secure, scalable, and stable solution with easy setup and excellent support, offering great ROI. However, its very high cost, especially for renewals, is a significant drawback. This brings my overall rating to 8 out of 10. |
| Senior Network Engineer at a tech services company with 11-50 employees | 4.5 | We use Mojo Networks for our wireless network's distributed system, which relies on access points rather than a central manager. While it offers seamless end-user connectivity, it could improve Wi-Fi 6 integration and centralized control features. |
| Manager at a tech company with self employed | 3.5 | I find the security a valuable feature. However, the setup was complex, and the price is too high for my country. I've used it for at least four years, rating it a seven out of ten. |
| Senior Network Engineer at a tech services company with 11-50 employees | 4.5 | I find this solution very stable, secure, and scalable, fulfilling all my needs. However, the implementation is complex, and technical support could be more helpful. Overall, I recommend it. |
| CTO at JabJabGroup | 4.5 | I find Mojo Networks stable with excellent support, offering great visibility and a firewall. Its simple setup and interface are superior to Cisco. However, distribution needs improvement. I rate it a nine out of ten and highly recommend it. |

The solution's most valuable features are its control and visibility, along with its availability on the cloud. With the tool, you can determine who, where, and what is on your networks and which applications are running.
The product's initial setup phase and configuration are areas with certain shortcomings where improvements are required. Those who are not familiar with the product might not be able to set it up properly.
I have been using Mojo Networks for a year. My company operates as a reseller of the product.
If I consider the latency, jitters, the filters on the Wi-Fi, and the security in general, I feel it is a good product.
The scalability of the product is fine.
My company caters to the needs of medium-sized companies.
The technical support for the solution is very helpful. I rate the technical support an eight out of ten.
Positive
The other solutions did not offer the visibility that Mojo Networks offered. During the rolling out of the installation process, you have to go through the on-premises model to be able to make some changes. If somebody needs to make necessary changes, you must go to the on-premises model with the initial product. With the cloud solution, you don't have to go for the on-premises model, as you can make the changes over the cloud. The stability offered by Mojo Networks is better than the other products available in the market since, with other tools, you need to keep restarting them frequently, and it may be required once or twice a day, especially if it is used as an enterprise solution or in an enterprise environment, where the traffic is too high, causing the build-up of a lot of cache memory, fill-ups, and SRAM, a reason why one will have to restart such products.
Considering the things we need to perform, I rate the product's initial setup phase a seven out of ten, where one means it was a difficult process and ten means it was an easy phase.
The solution is deployed using the cloud services offered by Mojo Networks. Mojo Networks offers a controller on the cloud.
The solution can be deployed in a few minutes.
If you use the product in a medium or enterprise-sized company, at some point, you will realize or experience a return on investment, especially considering the visibility it offers. The reports and the security aspect of the tool are important because of how you can segment and deal with many technical aspects. Once you get to understand and feel the product, it gets very easy to experience a return on investment very quickly.
I rate the product's price as an eight on a scale of one to ten, where one is cheap, and ten is expensive.
People are not used to cloud-based Wi-Fi solutions. When it comes to cloud-based Wi-Fi solutions like Cisco and Meraki, the prices are not cheap. The products are not cheap in the market. People mostly see cloud-based Wi-Fi products as expensive.
Most of our company's clients use the product in enterprise settings.
In terms of the security features, I feel the firewall is present in the product and it works pretty well for enterprise-sized businesses.
I have seen in the updates provided by the product about the use of AI to improve Wi-Fi management and security. The solution is trying to leverage the benefits of AI to incorporate a few technical areas here and there in a good way.
I recommend the product to others who plan to use it as I have used it, and I found it to be a perfect tool.
I have undergone training and took care of the installation process associated with Mojo Networks. I have also managed a few rollouts for our company's customers in on-premises environments. I can see that Mojo Networks is a good product.
I rate the overall tool an eight out of ten.
In India, we have implemented Mojo Networks and Arista Access Plan for most of the universities, including most of the IITs and IICs.
Mojo Networks is pretty good in WIPS technology. In Mojo Networks, we can get analytics and monitor the client boarding till a client's journey ends. Maybe you may not believe that just one guy is handling almost three thousand access points at one of our customer sites.
Compared to other OEMs, Mojo Networks or Arista faces a little bit of coverage issues. So, if we put the same dBm, the power of the other OEMs indicates much more extensive coverage compared to Mojo or Arista.
In the future, I would like to see Arista's proposal of attempting to incorporate WIPS technology materialize. Analytics is also another part I would like to see in the solution.
I have experience with Mojo Networks. My company used to be involved in the deployment of the solution. As of now, Arista has taken over Mojo Networks. I have been working with the solution for almost five years. My company has a partnership with Arista and other OEMs. So we will implement and maintain the client's network. Any escalations or any, like reports, we only get and deal with for our customers. My company is a SI for the solution.
It is a very stable product. In IITs and IICs, normally, the people are very well-versed technically in the technological aspects. They are happy with the Arista deployment. We have received even positive responses from them using Arista Access Points.
We do have a lot of enterprise-sized customers who are happy with the product.
It is a hundred percent scalable product since its functionalities are good. Also, people using the solution are happy. So, again, we got one more order, like deploying a thousand access points for one of the locations.
The major advantage of technical support is they're pretty good in terms of the response time taken to inquiries. They are a very well-known technical team, and they are very familiar with the issues that can arise. So, they speak very good with the users, and they will respond very soon to the queries a client has raised. The support is awesome compared to Ruckus, Cisco, and Aruba. I rate the technical support a nine out of ten.
Positive
The product is easy to deploy since it can be done seamlessly with zero testing. It's very easy to deploy for any larger or small networks.
On average, if you want to configure or maintain a thousand access points, it may take a maximum of three days to complete the configuration-related activities.
Based on the site environment, we can get the users to deploy or implement the product.
Since they have only the cloud and on-premises platform, the price looks good compared to the other OEMs like Cisco and Ruckus. For one of the Wi-Fi 6 access points for five years, they might be charging 20,000 to 25,000 INR. However, I'm not sure about the pricing part because we have a different team for sales.
The analytics and WIPS features of the solution are good.
Mojo Networks is hundred percent the best solution compared to its competitors in the market.
I rate the overall solution a nine out of ten.

Mojo provided us with the in-house solution and controller solution.
Mojo Networks should focus on improving its management area and support.
We have been using Mojo Networks for the last five years.
I would rate the stability an eight out of ten. Mojo Networks is a stable product.
I would rate scalability a six out of ten. There were over thousand users in my organization.
The customer service and support took a lot of time to come on the troubleshooting call.
The initial setup was easy.
In the past, we used Airtight and Arista for our network solutions. We had to contact Mojo's technical support. It took several follow-ups to get a resolution. This is the reason we switched to Juniper.
If you have better support and lower prices, you can prefer Mojo Networks. Else, I would suggest going with Juniper Mist.
Overall, I would rate the product a six out of ten.

We are a solution provider and this is one of the products that we implement for our clients. We put these devices in schools, factories, and other places.
The security is good.
The mesh network features offered by this solution are good.
The configuration is simple and the reports can be automated.
My only complaint about this product is its availability. Not many people can stock it and ordering from overseas is a challenge.
I have been using Mojo Networks for approximately eight years, since 2015.
This platform is very stable. The hardware is stable and resilient.
You can scale up without any issues. One of our sites has approximately 40 users, and another site has between 60 and 70. We have several sites, in total, all with multiple users.
The technical support is quite good. The support staff are quite efficient.
Another thing to consider is that once you have completed the training, you really don't need technical support unless it's a major problem.
The initial setup is straightforward. There is a setup guide and if you are an IT person with experience in basic network configuration, it's straightforward.
I would rate the initial configuration a five out of five.
My advice for anybody who is looking to implement this product is that they need to understand what their needs are. They need to know exactly what they're looking for in the product because it's a device that has many features.
You can either under-utilize it, or you might not utilize it properly, the way it should be. If you are looking for a home device, it's not the best choice. However, if you're looking for an enterprise solution, it is good. Finally, if you're looking to implement it in a commercial setup, for business, then it's the best option.
In summary, there is very little that can be improved with this product.
I would rate this solution a nine out of ten.
Our primary use case is for guests and corporate WiFi. The solution is deployed on-premise in our three offices.
Its value is that it provides WiFi for our guests and corporate.
Something that could be improved is the ability to easily and quickly see what speed someone is on and if there are any issues on the network. We are using the older software technology, so maybe their newest version is able to do that.
An additional feature would be the ability to have better insights to see who's connected from a mobile device.
I have been using this solution for 11 years.
Stability is good. However, it's slow. We have about 24 devices across all three offices. We don't require any kind of staff for deployment and maintenance.
The technical support is pretty good.
Initial setup was straightforward.
We used a third-party for deployment and implementation.
The cost is a one-time fee.
We are currently looking to switch over to a different wireless LAN solution.
I would rate this solution 5 out of 10. My advice is to just make sure it's reliable and offers the security that you need.
I was an employee there, so this question doesn't apply.
Mojo now has been procured by Arista. Arista Wi-Fi is extremely secure with WIPS, built-in wireless. d
The renewal costs that come with it are very expensive.
Price is the only area that needs improvement.
I was in a technology commercial role. I worked in Mojo support for five years and another six years as a part of the sales team.
It's a scalable product.
I have deployed it right from an SMB to an extra-large enterprise. The largest deployment I've seen is approximately 200,000 devices.
Technical support is one of the best that you could come across.
There is no need for improvement with technical support.
The installation is easy, it is absolutely plug-and-play.
You don't need an expert to install it, any layman could easily do the installation.
200,000 devices were managed by a team of eight.
I implemented the solution myself as well as through partners
Arista Wifi (Mojo) is highly scalable with a single pane of glass for management. Troubleshooting capabilities and deep insights are praise worthy. Overall this means a reduced management efforts. This in itself helps you achieve a great ROI.
It's a very costly solution, but someone who values security would definitely look up to Mojo Networks (Arista Wi-Fi).
It requires a license and that's a recurring cost and that has a really high cheque value.
After using Mojo, I have evaluated HP Aruba. It was a really nice solution as well. They offer a lot of flexibility when it comes to deployment architecture. Depending upon the size of your network, you could choose different options. They have an instant DP, functionality or, architecture that becomes economical because it doesn't require a special controller.
At the same time, if you are deploying a large network, they have hardware controllers as well.
The only flipside for them is lack of functionality in Cloud managed wifi front. What I have seen is that the cloud-based Aruba Wi-Fi is not exactly as one would expect cloud Wi-Fi to be. I have seen Mist, which is now Juniper Mist, Cisco Meraki, and Arista Mojo, and when compared to the cloud offering of these competitors, it is the clinch in armor for Aruba.
However, the lifetime warranty that they offer makes their devices very attractive.
It's moderately priced, and at the same time, it offers a lifetime warranty, which makes it a preferred solution.
On a technical level, I would rate this solution a 10 out of 10. But from the cost perspective, I would have to reduce the rating.
I would rate Mojo Networks an eight out of ten.
We are using the solution for the wireless network for additional devices. This is a distributed system, not a centralized system such as Aruba which depends on the wireless manager. The solution depends on the AP, not on the wireless manager. Mojo Networks is a distributed system. The wireless manager is just the managing plan, not the data plan for Mojo Networks. We are using the wireless network, not the switching site. Mojo Networks is the data center on the switching side.
The most valuable feature is the seamless connection between the end-user on the wireless side.
The solution has room to improve the integration with Wi-Fi six devices which have limited availability on the market.
I would like to have a single pane of glass to better control the access point and the switching.
I have been using the solution for 15 years.
I give the stability an eight out of ten.
I give the scalability a nine out of ten.
We have around 1,000 people using the solution.
The technical support is great.
Positive
The initial setup is straightforward.
The implementation was completed in-house.
I give the price an eight out of ten.
We evaluated Aruba and Cisco systems.
I give the solution a nine out of ten.
The maintenance of the solution requires around 15 people.
The security is a valuable feature.
The setup was complex.
The price should be lowered. It is too high for our country.
We have used the solution for at least four years.
The initial setup was complex.
The price of the solution is too high for our country.
The solution is deployed in our organization in a variety of ways.
I rate Mojo Networks as a seven out of ten.
The security is the most valuable aspect of the solution.
The solution is very stable.
The product scales well.
The implementation could be simplified. Right now it's a bit complex.
Technical support could be more helpful. They are lacking a bit in that regard.
I can't think of any specific features the solution is lacking at the moment. It's pretty well-rounded as a product.
I've been using the solution for almost two and a half years at this point.
The solution is very stable. We don't face any issues with its performance. It doesn't crash. There's no freezing. I don't recall bugs or glitches. It's reliable.
The solution scales well. If a company needs to scale the solution to suit the changing needs of their organization, they should be able to do so quite easily.
We tend to deal with a lot of enterprise-level clients, so the solution itself gets quite large.
While technical support is good, they could still improve upon their services.
The difficulty of the initial implementation varies. For AP installations, for example, it's bulkier and more on the side of complexity. Therefore, setups aren't always the most straightforward.
We are partners. We have a business relationship with the product.
I'm more on the client-side. On a large scale, we tend to support a corporate network.
I'd recommend the solution.
Overall, I'd rate the solution nine out of ten. It does everything we need it to do, and it scales well. it's stable and offers good security. If technical support was better or if the implementation could be simplified, I'd give it full points.

We are service providers and we implement service solutions for our clients. It's for office and workspace environments.
Mojo Networks offers many features. The features that I like the most are the visibility and the firewall, which is very good.
The navigator on the cloud interface is simple, and the installation is simple and straightforward as well.
The most important thing for us is the visibility in our applications.
The distribution can be improved, particularly in this part of the world. I would say that it is not on point.
We have been dealing with Mojo Networks for three years.
This solution is stable and we have not experienced any issues.
The technical support is excellent.
Previously, we have used Cisco. Cisco is more expensive and with Mojo, the interface is simple. The information is quick and in terms of configuration and troubleshooting, Mojo is easier.
I think that Mojo, Aerohive, and Extreme are the ones we primarily use.
The initial setup is simple and straightforward.
To deploy and set up an AP takes less than five minutes, regardless of the location. It's simple on the cloud interface.
Maintenance and support are things that we generally do ourselves. If it something beyond us then we have to contact the support team.
We have a term that is renewed every three years.
At certain points, there are hardware updates and they send notifications before they do the updates.
I would recommend this solution to anyone who is interested in using it. I would suggest using Mojo before Cisco.
They have a firewall, web content filtering, and they have the HEP services. From a technical aspect, this is a good product.
I would rate this solution a nine out of ten.
