We provide solutions to customers, such as Oracle HCM Cloud.
We have one financial institution customer that we are in the process of implementing the solution.
The solution is used for finances, procurement, and for everything HR.

We have one financial institution customer that we are in the process of implementing the solution.
The solution is used for finances, procurement, and for everything HR.
The most valuable features of Oracle HCM Cloud are the easy ability to customize the solution and applications. Additionally, the solution updates the solution
The solution could improve by having better integration between on-premise and the cloud. It can be difficult and time-consuming to migrate our applications and interfaces.
Oracle HCM Cloud is not integrated well into Pakistan's industries.
Within the past year, I have utilized Oracle HCM Cloud.
The solution is reliable and stable.
The cloud version of the solution is quicker than the on-premise.
Scalability is not required, but it is scalable. However, there are plenty of modules if a company wants to purchase them.
The support could improve to provide companies with migration assistance. The response time for the support from Oracle HCM Cloud is good.
I have used other solutions, such as SAP SuccessFactors.
We have a lot of data to implement in a large banking environment making the process difficult. It can take approximately two to four months. In smaller environments the implementation.
The is a license needed to use the solution. The license can be paid in different increments, such as quarterly.
I would recommend this solution to others.
This is the solution we are currently using and we would like to encourage others to implement it as well. With half of our team working from home, it is important for our HR staff to be accessible through the cloud. There is no need for them to physically come to the office as they can easily access their service apps and dashboards remotely.
I rate Oracle HCM Cloud a nine out of ten.
I use the Oracle Learning Cloud and it is a really easy solution to work with. I can take all my courses online, offline and after the solution is updated. All my progress gets tracked. Different learning paths for certain topics are provided and Oracle relates courses across certain topics.
For my manager, it is easy to understand my progress and how I have advanced. The solution offers good performance management that can be used to facilitate growth discussions with managers.
This solution is user friendly and can be used on a mobile phone without a computer.
Although the performance management is good, it could be improved as its functionality is quite basic. The metrics could be improved as well as the solution's ability to integrate with other solutions.
I have been using this solution for four years.
This is a very stable solution. We have not experienced any issues.
This is a scalable solution.
I would rate the support for this solution an eight out of ten. They have different ways to raise tickets and a number to call but they aren't always easy to reach.
Positive
I was not involved in the initial setup but I believe that it is easy based on my team's experience. When setting up the solution for customers, we have teams of three including a project manager, functional consultant and a technical consultant.
Those considering using this solution should have a clear idea of exactly what they are looking for and follow good processes when it comes to setting it up.
I would rate this solution a nine out of ten because it is a really good solution with small areas of improvement.
I work for a consulting company. I work with clients who have or are in the process of implementing those systems. I do not use them myself.
I do not have a reselling license. This is an independent consulting firm, and our clients occasionally ask us for advice on ERP systems.
I do not use ERP systems. I work with clients who use ERP systems. I haven't used any ERP system in the last 12 months. ERP systems are used by my customers.
In general, functionality is fine. I don't have any specific functional areas that are an issue.
I don't have any issues with the integration.
In some cases, the price may be lower depending on what is negotiated.
Oracle HCM Cloud is a stable solution.
Oracle HCM Cloud is scalable.
I do some work with different systems from time to time, such as SAP ERP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and Oracle E-Business Suite.
I am also familiar with Workday.
I've never used any of them. I'm not an end-user. I'm aware of what they're capable of. I understand the process to implement them. I understand the types of issues that must be addressed, but I have never used an ERP system as an end-user.
You will require the assistance of a system implementor.
Pricing is largely determined by what is agreed upon. It's difficult to say that pricing needs improvement, because it depends on what is negotiated and whether you get a good price or not.
Oracle HCM Cloud is a part of Oracle Cloud Fusion. There are many parts such as Financials, Project Accounting, and more.
You need to have a good, clear design done upfront, and that is well understood by the business. You will need a good system implementation partner. And you must have some level of control over not making changes to standard products. Keep it as close to the standard as possible.
I would rate Oracle HCM Cloud an eight out of ten.
They've really taken the best of breed from another product. With the products that they're using, like HCM and Finance, they're very solid.
The solution is very good at building out a roadmap based on client needs and feedback.
The solution is still quite young, as a cloud service.
They just need to keep enhancing, listening to the customers, and enhancing the business needs of the customers. They need to really get their student administration system out. They need to get that done so that we can purchase that and implement it.
All systems are still growing, and they're enhancing those. I can't say really a specific area of functionality, or feature is lacking. It goes back to overall just listening to the clients and the business needs and enhance from that.
The product needs to keep improving the integration tools and the tools to load the data - that whole mechanism - in order to allow for flexibility in the configuration.
We've been working with the solution for four or five years at this point. We're new to the cloud.
In general, the company is very good at receiving feedback and improving on their solution.
The solution has a SaaS licensing model.
We are a partner and have a relationship with a vendor.
As we use the cloud deployment model, we are always on the latest version of the solution. You don't have a choice. It automatically updates everything regularly.
This application is a software as a service model. Oracle hosts this. It's on their infrastructure. I'm not sure where they have their own infrastructure, however.
I would rate this solution at an eight out of ten. It's my understanding that they are still enhancing a lot of things and there is still a lot of growth ahead for the product.
I have completed many projects in human capital and human resources using Oracle HCM Cloud. This is across multiple countries and industries and for areas including workforce deployment, absence management, business intelligence reports, and human capital management.
The most valuable feature is the support for mobile devices. For example, you can open your account, record absences, or review payslips all on your mobile device.
The look and feel of the interface are very nice. It is user-friendly.
It would be very nice if we were able to roll back transactions from data that was loaded with the data loader.
I have been working with HCM Cloud for five years.
Oracle HCM is a stable product.
This solution is scalable. Our clients are medium-sized companies and enterprises. One of our clients has 54,000 employees who are managed using it. Other examples include clients with 56000, 26000, 2400, and as low as 70 employees.
Prior to HCM Cloud, I worked with the Oracle E-Business Suite. I have not worked with products from other vendors.
The initial setup is straightforward and user-friendly. The length of time required for deployment depends on the modules that are being implemented. Implementing the servers will take approximately four months.
Our in-house team implements Oracle HCM for our clients. We have five people in the company who work with Oracle.
Oracle HCM offers many features at a low price. The pricing is very good.
This is a good product and I recommend implementing it.
I would rate this solution a nine out of ten.
The client I have wants all their system working for the recruitment on the cloud. For example, we are trying to transfer all their data to the cloud on Oracle HCM Cloud.
The valuable features of Oracle HCM Cloud are the frequent updates, if there are any discrepancies, we consult with our record directly and they come up with the solution for the betterment of the cloud.
The user interface is easy to use, has plenty of modules available, and the overall solution is user-friendly.
I have been using Oracle HCM Cloud for approximately one year.
There have not been any issues with the stability of Oracle HCM Cloud.
The scalability of Oracle HCM Cloud is good.
I rate the technical support of Oracle HCM Cloud an eight out of ten. There is some room for improvement.
I rate Oracle HCM Cloud a nine out of ten.
I am a consultant. We use this solution sometimes, as projects with our customers, and they use Oracle.
From the feedback that I get, the functional side of the payroll could be improved.
Customers need an additional solution to run their core HR, and cloud coverage is not extensive enough.
I have been dealing with this solution on and off for 15 years.
I think that it's stable. I don't believe that there are any issues.
This solution is scalable.
I didn't complete the setup initially, but I feel that it is straightforward.
I would rate this solution a seven out of ten.
Oracle Cloud Applications Release 12 included many new areas of functionality. One in particular has had a major impact (positive) on those of us who implemented the product for our customers. This feature is called the "Security Console".
Since the earliest releases of Oracle Cloud, the security has been managed by the Fusion Middleware products Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) and Oracle Authorization Policy Manager (APM). Whilst extremely powerful tools for managing user accounts and role based access, the tools required a level of knowledge beyond standard application configuration. They were also displayed through a separate UI to the main applications and configuration of security rules involved using multiple screens and UIs.
Leading up to Release 12, Oracle has done a lot of work to transition onto a tool called the "Security Console". This tool is embedded in the application and is intended as a "one-stop shop" for security configuration. By Release 12, this transition is virtually complete.
Now, the Security Console allows us to see the holistic view of all aspects of functional and data security using a visual tool. We can focus on parts of the security configuration and drill down towards detailed privileges or up towards users. The Security Console includes functionality to copy roles and create custom versions, to add/remove functional data privileges, and to view detailed analytics about roles and role usage.
It has simplified the management of users and roles into a single UI and is a great advance for implementers and system administrators alike.
UPDATE (January 2018)
Now that Release 13 (17D) is available, we are seeing a move towards a completely unified and simplified UI. This will be based on a concept of 'Mobile First' in which the UI design is first constructed for mobile and then other devices (such as PCs) inherit the same style of UI. We think this is going to make for a great user experience.
