Sometimes there are unexpected service outages. Though these situations are rare, I want to highlight that in case of any outage in the services, because everything is located in SharePoint, there is a chance that reports start failing or dashboards fail, or the system behaves differently.

The GUI should be improved for better user experience. Additionally, while there are standard connectors for automation and approvals in Power Platform, some tasks still need to be handled with API request calls instead of direct connectors, which could be improved.

If I have to really create an internal knowledge management portal, if I have to compare SharePoint and WordPress, WordPress is far, far better in regard to the SharePoint option.
