What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

I would rate Slack's scalability a nine out of ten. My company has 60 users for the solution. 

How was the initial setup?

Slack's installation is very simple and I don't think I spent more than five minutes to complete it. 

What other advice do I have?

I would rate Slack a nine out of ten. I use the application on my desktop and I don't use a mobile version now. However, I may use it in the future.

I like the tool's ability to send voice mail. We can also search for conversations easily in Slack.

The tool should be able to fetch a conversation when we search for it even if it is in the thread.

I have been using the product for a year. 

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

I would rate Slack's stability a seven out of ten. It is difficult to open the tool at times and it restarts again for some reason.

I would rate the tool's scalability a seven out of ten.

Slack is easy to set up.

I use Slack's desktop application. I would rate it an eight out of ten.
