The technical support of Acronis Backup could improve. They have the depth of knowledge but the speed of the response could be quicker.

The initial setup is a little complex because of the pricing structure.

We have three system engineers that support this solution for maintenance and implementation.

The pricing model is a little complex to find the right size for what you need. It takes a lot of hours to figure it out.

There is an annual license required for this solution. There are additional costs for the data used.

I would recommend this solution to others.

I rate Acronis Backup an eight out of ten.

Acronis needs to improve several things. They need to improve storage, backup plans, and stability.

I've used Acronis Backup for the past two years.

Acronis Backup is unstable.

Acronis Backup isn't scalable at all.

Acronis support is pathetic. It takes five days to open the case. 

We've worked with a lot of products, including Microsoft and Nutanix. Out of all of them, the one I like is Nutanix. Many of our solutions are Microsoft products, and Nutanix recently launched a cloud solution.
