As the solution is cloud-based, we are using the latest version.
The solution is very useful. We typically use it for Microsoft Outlook and Word.

The solution is very useful. We typically use it for Microsoft Outlook and Word.
The solution is stable and easy to use.
The solution could have better integration with other applications.
I have been using Microsoft 365 Business for two years.
The solution is stable.
I have never had occasion to contact tech support.
The solution was easy to install.
The installation process took around a half-an-hour.
One can handle the installation on his own.
While I do not know the exact size of the technical team involved in the deployment and maintenance process, I believe it to consist of around five people.
I cannot comment on the pricing, as I am not involved in it.
I am happy with the product at the moment.
I believe there are 350 users making use of the solution at the moment.
I would recommend the solution to others.
I rate Microsoft 365 Business as a nine out of ten.
Microsoft 365 can be useful for SharePoint, our personal documents, and Outlook, among other applications.
The on-prem version is better. I prefer to work directly on my laptop.
The installation process is straightforward.
I do not like Outlook. They should be able to build something better.
The product could be more stable and the performance could be better.
The cloud performance and the ability to work remotely are actually not very good. I prefer to work on-prem on my laptop. The quality is better.
We just started using this solution. It hasn't been that long yet. It's been a few weeks, or maybe a month so far.
The stability is okay. It could use some improvement. Especially in Outlook. The performance is poor when it comes to the cloud version. I do not like it.
We have about 160,000 users on the solution at this time.
I've never contacted technical support. I cannot speak to how helpful or responsive they would be as I have no experience dealing with them directly.
We did not use a different solution. We simply used the previous iteration of Microsoft.
The installation is pretty simple. The solution simply runs in the background, and therefore, there's not much needed for a setup.
In my organization, I'm not sure how many people actually handle deployment or maintenance.
I can handle the setup process myself. I did not need the assistance of an integrator or consultant.
I don't handle any licensing or payments related to the solution. I can't speak to how much the solution costs the organization or how often we pay for licenses (whether it is monthly or yearly).
Since we are using the cloud-based version of the solution, we're likely always on the latest iteration. It's probably up-to-date.
I'm not a big fan of the solution, especially the cloud offering. I prefer when it is on my laptop. I do not like working on the cloud. The version just isn't as good. For that reason, I would rate the solution at a four out of ten.
I'd recommend the solution as it's really the only solution on the market.
We are using it quite a lot—somewhere around maybe 2,000 users. We use it in our company for cloud-based document solutions, like Outlook and Sharepoint.
It is very good to use directly and it is a safe tool. You don't need to worry about data security or the loss of data.
It is secure, they could always add more security. People worry about storing confidential documents or sensitive company documents in the cloud. But scenarios are changing now. Companies are gaining more trust on that level.
I have been using Microsoft 365 Business for five or six years.
It all depends on the internet connection. That is the major thing. If the internet connection is good, then it is stable.
If the internet is stable, then it's fine.
Tech support is not that feasible. The Microsoft team is not easily accessible.
The installation is straightforward. Sometimes, you will get online instances of 365 that cost you because they are running on the cloud in some other area and you only have a license to one. It will get ahold of your license and then take it as the prescribed license.
One of our engineers will be the point person for implementing that. Then small client installation is handed over to the local guy who is over there on the premises.
We will hand over the portal to these people and they will manage the licensing. We are not involved much on that end. There are some partners for us that we used to buy and we used to order from there. Our sales team handles that.
I would rate it 8.5 out of 10.
I primarily use Microsoft 365 Business for Outlook.
The most valuable feature is the ease of use.
I have been using Microsoft 365 Business for approximately two years.
The solution is very large and PowerPoint and Word crash sometimes. The stability could improve.
The solution is scalable.
We have approximately 1,000 users using this solution in my organization.
The installation is straightforward.
I would not recommend this solution to others.
I rate Microsoft 365 Business a seven out of ten.
We use Microsoft 365 Business for email and Teams, which has an internal chatbox for employees.
I don't have any issues with Microsoft 365 Business, it's a good tool.
It would be helpful if the calendar was improved. It could be better, more user-friendly, and better integrated.
If you are deleting your data and relying on backup, the backups do not exist, they are not there. The backup option should be included in Microsoft 365 Business.
I have been using Microsoft 365 Business for six months.
Microsoft 365 Business is a stable product.
Microsoft 365 Business is a scalable product.
We have approximately 300 people in our organization who use this solution.
We also use Google.
The installation was good, it was straightforward. We did not have any issues with the installation. It only took 10 to 15 minutes.
I completed the installation myself. I did not use the help of an integrator or reseller.
It's a business account, the organization pays for the licensing fees.
I would recommend this solution to other users.
I would rate Microsoft 365 Business an eight out of ten.
We use the product for all kinds of stuff. We use it for Excel, for Outlook, for team collaboration, for sharing documents, et cetera. We take advantage of it in order to do a lot of collaboration with colleagues.
The solution so far has been excellent. I've been very happy with its capabilities.
The solution makes it easy to handle collaboration tasks.
The product has proven to be very stable, and therefore, it is very reliable. I never have had any problems with any kind of situation where I couldn't get my documents. It is very, very reliable and very consistent.
The product scales very well.
The solution needs to make sure it does have the scalability potential in place for large-scale organizations. As a smaller organization, I can't speak to how scalable it would be for very big companies.
It should be a bit more user-friendly. It should be less click to get to what you need. this would help people use it more efficiently.
I've been using the solution for a very long time. It's been mostly five to six years at this point. I have a lot of experience with it.
The product is very reliable and very stable. There are no bugs or glitches. It doesn't crash or freeze.
The scalability is there if you need to expand.
That said, we are a small organization of 500 people and therefore haven't tested the limits of scaling. I'm unsure as to how big it can go.
I've never had any technical issues with the product and therefore have not had to reach out to support. I can't speak to how helpful or responsive they are. However, the fact that I haven't spoken with them reflects highly on the quality of the product itself.
We've always used Microsoft. I cannot recall using any other product.
I don't have any experience with the installation aspect of the solution. It's not something that I've handled before. I'm not sure what the deployment is like or how easy it is to implement.
I don't handle payments and licensing. I can't speak to how much the company pays or if we're set up on a monthly or yearly payment schedule.
It's my understanding that we did not look at other options before choosing this product.
We're customers and end-users.
Due to the fact that we are on the cloud deployment model, we are always using the latest version of the solution. Microsoft automatically keeps everything up to date.
I'd rate the solution at an eight out of ten. So far, we've been happy with how it works and what we can do with it.
I'd recommend the solution to other users and companies.
Microsoft 365 has so many features that we're using including Teams and Sharepoint, as well as some items and plugins as part of Office 365 applications. We are customers of Microsoft and I'm an SAP architecture manager in analytics.
I really like the load utilization tool in the laptop and that everything is in the cloud. It provides data security and mobile access. There is no need to have infrastructure in the office or an in-house IT team which is great. I like having access to the SharePoint platform.
Unfortunately the Teams feature doesn't allow for sharing your location which Office 365 previously had. It's important for us to be able to share that information with other team members. I'd also like to see more storage because currently OneDrive gives 1 TB of space and we'd like more of that.
I've been using this solution for over six years.
Technical support instantly respond to me although it depends on the time difference. I think they are good, we haven't had any problems.
The initial setup takes less than 30 minutes. Anybody can do it although we had an admin person deploy for us. We currently have about 15 users in the company.
We pay a monthly subscription for the solution.
I rate this product a nine out of 10.
We are primarily using the solution for our desktop office apps and Outlook and these kinds of things.
The performance of the solution is very good. It's quite stable. We haven't had any issues with the product so far.
The flexibility of the solution has been great.
The solution can scale.
Technical support is okay.
Technical support could be a bit better. It's an aspect Microsoft could improve upon.
The integration with the other apps could be improved. I know it's dependent on what the company might decide and maybe not from a system side, however, if they can add more apps or more integration that would be helpful.
I've used the solution for one to two years at this point. It hasn't been that long.
The solution is quite stable. The performance is very good. There are no bugs or glitches. It doesn't crash or freeze. It's reliable.
It is my understanding that the solution is scalable, however, I am not on the technical side, and therefore, it's not an aspect of the solution I directly deal with.
The entire company uses the solution. It's likely around 1,000 people in total.
Technical support is okay, however, it could always be slightly improved upon.
I wasn't a part of the initial setup and therefore cannot speak to the exact process. I am not aware of if it is difficult or straightforward based on personal experience. I also cannot say how long it takes to deploy.
I'm not sure how many team members we have for maintenance or if it is a necessary aspect to be concerned with. Our IT team is managing it, and there are about 50 team members in total in the department.
You do need to pay for a license, however, that is handled by another department. I can't say how much we pay at the company in order to use the solution.
My understanding is that there isn't a big difference between a monthly and yearly licensing fee.
I cannot speak to if we looked at other options before choosing this solution. I did not handle that aspect directly. I'm not sure if we did any comparison at all.
As we are using the solution on the cloud, we are using the latest version of the solution. It is always automatically updating for us.
I'd rate the solution at an eight out of ten. We've been mostly quite satisfied with the solution in general.
I would recommend the solution to other users.
