The most valuable features have been the performance and ease of use.

Microsoft 365 Business could improve by being more secure.

I have been using Microsoft 365 Business for approximately three years.

We have approximately 3,000 people using this solution.

The solution is easy to install.

There is a monthly subscription for the use of this solution.

I would recommend this solution to others.

I rate Microsoft 365 Business a ten out of ten.

I am a reseller, I provide solutions to customers.

It is easy to use.

You can access it from anywhere or from any device. It can be used anywhere from a smartphone, or a laptop, without installing anything. Even if it is available on a system where MS Office is not installed, you can still use this product.

Features are available in different versions.

No product is perfect, bugs are always present.

The price is an area that needs improvement.

I have been selling Microsoft 365 Business for two years.

Microsoft 365 Business is a stable product.

It is a scalable product.

All updates are available from time to time. Every two to three days, there is an update.

It is easy to set up.

The price is high. It should be lower.

I would rate Microsoft 365 Business a nine out of ten.

We primarily use it on a daily basis for business processes. We use Microsoft Outlook quite a bit. 

The solution is easy to use.

The product is quite stable.

We have found the solution to be scalable. 

The pricing is reasonable. 

The solution is quick to deploy and easy to implement.

Technical support has always been helpful.

You don' need to run through too much training. Everyone knows how to use Microsoft 365 for the most part.

There is no better solution than 365. I cannot recall coming across any aspect that is lacking. 

If they offered more integration capabilities, that would be ideal. 

We have used the solution for a very long time. It's likely been more than ten years at this point. It's been a while.

The solution is stable and reliable. There are no bugs or glitches. It doesn't crash or freeze. the performance is great. 

The scalability is very good. If a company needs to expand it, it can do so. it's not a problem.

We have about 1,000 people in our organization that use the solution.

Technical support is very good. They are helpful and responsive. We are satisfied with the level of service that they have provided to us. Technical support has been very friendly.

The initial setup is not overly difficult for us. We found it very simple and straightforward. 

The deployment is very fast. It takes a maximum of 30 minutes or so.

We handled the initial setup by ourselves. We didn't need any assistance from any integrators or consultants. 

The pricing is very reasonable. It's not overly expensive. 

I am a customer and an end-user.

As a cloud-based solution, we are always on the most recent version. It's automatically updated. 

I would rate the solution at a ten out of ten. We are very happy with the solution and its capabilities.

I would recommend the product to other users and organizations.

Some of the interactive stuff that is available on Teams has been useful during the pandemic.

The interaction between different products is most valuable. I use Excel, Mail, Teams, and PowerPoint, not really much else. 

Sometimes, it tries to be a little bit too clever in preempting things that you want to do. The settings can be pretty complicated. It has the desktop version and the cloud version. You can have settings in the cloud version that are impacting your desktop version, but you don't know because you can't see the settings like rules and other things. So, they need to think about the experience. It should be the same if you log in to the cloud or if you log in via desktop.

I've used Microsoft products for the last 20 years. I don't know for how long have we been on the current version. The upgrades are all centralized in the companies that I've worked for.

I have contacted support, and it depends on who you get. I've had experiences where it took quite some time to get to the problem, but I've also had some really good experiences.

It was quite straightforward.

I work with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel as well.

I use Microsoft 365 Business for content creation.

I like the base functionality. It works as expected. 

I'm not going to say I got wowed by it. It is something that has always been presented to me as the product to use. 

Over the years, I have become familiar with it and I feel comfortable using it.

As an example, there isn't a clean transfer to a Google Doc outside of hosting it as a .docx file. That seems to be the functionality that would probably have to be updated on a Google Docs side, and not necessarily Microsoft 365.

I have been using this solution for several years. It's been since elementary school.

I haven't had any issues with the stability of Microsoft 365 Business. It has worked as expected without giving me any major issues.

It's a scalable solution. 

Virtually everybody in the organization is using this solution. Outside of maybe a couple of people on the engineering team, only because they are not responsible for the content creation.

We have approximately 75 people in our organization who use this solution.

I have not had to contact technical support. I haven't had any real issues. If anyone has any questions, they just ask me, but I am not the official administrator for the product.

It pretty much just sits alone. We don' really require anyone to maintain this solution.

I don't have any information on the pricing. I do not administer the license, that falls with the CFO.

You know exactly what you are going to get whenever you use it. It won't necessarily wow you but it gets you from point A to point B, and that is what is important.

We use Microsoft 365 Business at my company for many uses, such as document management.

Microsoft 365 Business is user-friendly, easy to use, compatible with different devices, such as laptops and phones, and helps me get my job done.

We are in a medical device space and most of the time we use Microsoft Excel for tracking a lot of information. In certain specific industries, such as aerospace and medical, from the FDA or other regulatory points of view, the solution has to be validated. It would be great if that validation document is provided by Microsoft 365 Business.

I have been using Microsoft 365 Business for approximately four years.

There are times when I have many documents open and then Microsoft 365 Business crashes. However, I do not think it is a Microsoft issue, it is because too many things are operating at the same time.
