The main features I use are PowerPoint, SharePoint and Word. We have around 20 users in the company and we are customers of Microsoft.

SharePoint is probably the most valuable feature for me. It's great that many people can collaborate together at the same time.

I find that sometimes Excel is slow, particularly when working with large files. 

I've been using this solution for one year. 

We pay an annual license fee. 

I rate this solution eight out of 10. 

I use Microsoft 365 Business primarily for Outlook. 

I like Outlook. Outlook is an email solution, and we're using it every day for daily communication.

It could be more user-friendly.

Microsoft 365 Business has been stable so far for us.

Microsoft 365 Business is scalable, and we have about 3000 people using it in our organization.

On a scale from one to ten, I would give Microsoft 365 Business an eight. 

We are using it quite a lot—somewhere around maybe 2,000 users. We use it in our company for cloud-based document solutions, like Outlook and Sharepoint. 

It is very good to use directly and it is a safe tool. You don't need to worry about data security or the loss of data.

It is secure, they could always add more security. People worry about storing confidential documents or sensitive company documents in the cloud. But scenarios are changing now. Companies are gaining more trust on that level.

I have been using Microsoft 365 Business for five or six years.

It all depends on the internet connection. That is the major thing. If the internet connection is good, then it is stable.

If the internet is stable, then it's fine.

Tech support is not that feasible. The Microsoft team is not easily accessible. 

The installation is straightforward. Sometimes, you will get online instances of 365 that cost you because they are running on the cloud in some other area and you only have a license to one. It will get ahold of your license and then take it as the prescribed license.

One of our engineers will be the point person for implementing that. Then small client installation is handed over to the local guy who is over there on the premises.

We will hand over the portal to these people and they will manage the licensing. We are not involved much on that end. There are some partners for us that we used to buy and we used to order from there. Our sales team handles that.

I would rate it 8.5 out of 10.

We use the Microsoft 365 Business in our organization for many of the bundled applications within, such as SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.

The most valuable features of Microsoft 365 Business are the collaboration and it can be used anywhere. For example, I can carry out my job functions from home.

This solution could improve by having better integration with other platforms.

I have been using Microsoft 365 Business for approximately three years.

We have approximately 500 users using this solution in my organization

The installation is straightforward and seamless.

We have some policies that only allow our IT department to do the implementations. We have a large technical team that handles the deployment and maintenance of the soltuion.

By using Microsoft 365 Business it has saved us money because we do not have to pay for infrastructure. We do not have to implement physical servers or anything else in our environment.

There is an annual license to use this solution.

I would recommend this solution to others.

This product is the go-to solution for all my office needs. 

I really like the versatility that Microsoft 365 Business offers. 

I'd like to see better integration between Excel and the SQL Server, it could work more efficiently and more quickly than it does. 

I've been using this product for 10 years.

I haven't used the technical support, I just Google any questions. 

The initial setup is very straightforward and doesn't take much time, no more than an hour maximum. More than half of the staff in the company use 365. 

Our IT department takes care of licensing and I'm not sure how that works. 

I rate the solution nine out of 10.

Pricing could always be cheaper.

We did not evaluate any other solutions.

I would recommend this solution for others who are interested in using it.

I am just using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. I download it onto my PC and use it.

It is easy to use. It has a lot of wonderful features. 

The only thing that I don't like about it is the price. Its price should be improved.

I haven't used any other solution.

It is easy to install. It takes a little less than half an hour.

We can do it ourselves.

Currently, my office pays for it, but if you want to get a license of your own, it is a bit pricey. It should be cheaper.
