Compared to Zoom, Microsoft Teams is a very good solution and works well. The issues which were there earlier are much better now.

The solution's recording could be improved because it is not as good as other products. Some more advanced switches can be introduced in the solution to make the recording more usable or editable.

Microsoft should make available some option with the product to cut a part of a meeting video at a specific time instead of using the entire video. An option should be made available to trim the video and convert it into a different kind of extension like MP4 OR MP3, which we can use in the website recording or keep for future reference.

I have been using Microsoft Teams for three years.

Microsoft Teams is a stable solution. However, sometimes we face issues because the user's status doesn't update properly, which causes some syncing problems. Sometimes the user's status doesn't update very quickly, and it shows a user's status as offline when the user is online.

Microsoft Teams is a scalable solution, and more than 300 to 400 users use the solution in our organization.

The solution's technical support depends upon the call volume. Mostly, it's good, but sometimes you may face issues with the technical support's response time.

Microsoft Teams comes with a yearly subscription, which is not very expensive. In addition to the subscription cost, if you want to buy some additional service, you must pay for it. Options are available for adding, removing, and scaling the license based on our requirements.

Microsoft Teams is a good solution. It is a good solution for someone with a basic need and not a very high-end need for HD video. The solution is good for a conference of around thirty to forty people. However, the solution is still not scalable for bigger organizations with a huge number of users. Microsoft Teams is an ideal solution for smaller organizations and smaller meetings.

We use the solution as a collaboration and communication channel. We also use it as a repository to store documents and create project plans. 

I am impressed with the tool's integration with SharePoint where we can access it with a single click from the platform. The solution is available in web and mobile versions so it gives a seamless experience when we move from one device to another. Especially when you're on the calls, you don't need to get out of one device, and then log in to another, and then join that meeting. You need to just switch.

SharePoint was more robust and customizable earlier. 

I have been working with the product for nine months. 

I haven't encountered any issues with the product's stability. 

The product is scalable and it can scale to tens of thousands of users as long as your system and infrastructure are able to handle it. My company has 5000 users for the product. 

The product's setup was very easy because it came with the Office 365 bundle. We work with the tool's cloud version. The solution's maintenance involves taking care of the patches which can be taken care of in the background without needing much attention.

The tool comes as part of the Office 365 bundle and you don't have to pay anything extra. 

I would rate the product a nine-point five out of ten. You can use this solution if you are looking for a Windows-based system that is easy. It gives you a lot of flexibility for regular activities. This solution is a good choice for someone who is doing routine and lightweight work. Teams is integrated with Windows. There is seamless integration with different apps that you use. Though Slack has integrations, Teams is easier compared to it.

We use Microsoft Teams for collaboration and internal communication in our organization. We also used it for online meetings and virtual webinars during COVID.

Its ability to streamline communications has helped. Teams can do chat, voice, and video calls as well. Sometimes, we require a lot of communication by email, and Microsoft Teams can also be used for that.

It is easy to share files online in real time with Microsoft Teams. We can have online meetings embedded with security to protect all our communication and conversations.

Since large organizations use Teams, it requires a stable bandwidth and hardware performance when we start the application. Moreover, it needs a stable bandwidth when we open the application on the phone, as we cannot communicate with Avaya properly. Sometimes Avaya is required for Teams to work well on phones.

Microsoft Teams requires web-friendly sign-up for calls.

I have been working with Mircosoft Teams since 2019.

Microsoft Teams is stable as long as the connection is good.

There are 160 users in our organization using Teams. We have hosted live events, and we have gotten more than 1,000 participants to join.

We raised an issue last year where the team could not use Microsoft Teams. We opened a ticket with the support team. They responded and informed us they had a backend system problem. After that, it took a few hours, and it worked fine.

Microsoft Teams is easy to set up, and there are no complexities. If you are using Office 365, you can download and install it. It automatically integrates with your account, so it has no problem. You can log into your account and download and install it on your own.

The solution is not difficult to maintain.

We tried Zoom as a guest but not the host. Webex is good because it is a Cisco product, and they have a team to support it from every angle. Both are better in terms of support, but I use Microsoft more than Webex.

Webex and Zoom are better in terms of support, which we have only ever experienced when our customers face problems, and we have to contact support on their behalf.

I recommend Microsoft Teams, though, and I rate the solution an eight out of ten.
