I used Microsoft Teams for work, and I like the usability of the solution here in Brazil. A lot of my colleagues always complain about Microsoft Teams, saying that the solution wastes a lot of machine capability, but I don't have a problem with that. Microsoft Teams works just fine with Outlook, and I have no problem using the solution. I like how sharing the screen or specific windows with Microsoft Teams is easy. I have no problem with the stability of the solution.

We have an open team; other organizations can find and talk to us on Microsoft Teams. We don't have to talk about work using other solutions like WhatsApp. We choose WhatsApp because it's easier for us. However, when I want to speak about something more confidential, I do it on Microsoft Teams. Whenever I talk to a partner, we talk on Microsoft Teams, as our platforms are open to each other. I utilize Microsoft Teams to discuss confidential matters.

What I use the most is the plugin or the optimization feature. When I want to create a meeting on Outlook, I can automatically share the Microsoft Teams link.

Microsoft Teams should include the possibility of creating questionnaires or polls during webinars, whereby the people watching can answer the questionnaires in real time.

We run most projects in Teams. We use it for file sharing with customers and internally. We also use To Do on Teams to follow up.

File sharing is the most valuable feature. It is so simple to send a file in chat or a team’s site. It is very useful.

To Do tasks’ ease of use should be improved. It should be simplified. The product should also enable users to mention people on tasks.

I have been using the solution for probably two years.

The solution is stable. I rate the stability a nine out of ten.

The product pulls some computing power. More than 40 consultants, developers, and customers use the solution in our organization.

Setting up a Teams site and a project in Teams is straightforward and easy. The solution is deployed on the cloud in our organization.

If someone wants to use the product, they could look at the add-ons provided by it. It has quite a few add-ons. Overall, I rate the product an eight or nine out of ten.

The primary use case of Microsoft Teams is for internal and external communication. We also use it for chatting, team calls, screen sharing and remote control.

Everything is valuable, such as the chats, the calls, and the file sharing.

The remote control needs some improvement. I feel Zoom is much better than Teams, especially in remote controlling.

I have been using Mircosoft Teams for more than five years as an end user.

As for the stability, I never faced an issue with Microsoft Teams. I might have faced an issue with Teams just once in my career, but I haven't seen any issues apart from that, I never saw any issue.

I have never had issues with Mircosoft Teams. However, the IT guys handle the scalability. A lot of users in our organization use Microsoft Teams. More than 6,000 users use the solution in our organization.

The solution is deployed on-premises for larger enterprises, but I think it is on the cloud as well.

It is a bit more than moderately expensive. That's why the low-scale enterprises, not the mid-range, choose Slack and all these open-source tools.

I am happy using Microsoft Teams and I rate the solution a nine out of ten.

Microsoft Teams is user-friendly and flexible. I like its SharePoint feature also. 

We face issues related to screen-sharing and stability. It is very difficult to get Microsoft's support to troubleshoot the issues. The product also needs to update its recording features.

Microsoft Teams is a very good collaborative tool. The solution provides instant messenger, collaboration with teams, and you can do calls. You can use Microsoft Teams to share files and store files. You can use the solution to create your own channel from the perspective of topics and share discussions and files.

One valuable feature is the ability to edit a message that you've posted so you don't have to repeat yourself. 

Another feature I enjoy is the integration with the task planner in Outlook and Teams, which allows me to manage tasks across platforms.

There are some issues with stability. The stability could be improved. 

Moreover, the pricing could be made more affordable for users with different licenses.

We use the product for meetings and trainings. 

The solution is perfect and works pretty well. It gets your streaming and helps to get your calls. I like it a lot. 

I have faced issues with connection. Maybe, it's an issue from my side. The company accounts in Teams has some issues as well. I could not establish calls with certain domains, and then the product asked me to buy a professional account. The problem with Teams is that they are split between professional or company accounts and personal accounts. It's not very clear how you can go from one to another. That's the main issue with teams.

I have been working with the product for a year and a half. 

Teams is better and more polished than Zoom. 

The product's installation is easy and took only a few minutes to complete.

Microsoft Teams is used in our organisation for internal communication and also for managing the meetings and other communications as well. 

Managing meeting on Microsoft Teams is better than managing traditional face to face meetings.

There can be more customization and also the task management tools needs better tools for integration.
