The solution's most valuable feature is its ability to store all files and folders in one particular account. Also, it helps us create multiple accounts. In addition, it has essential features like PowerPoint and Excel.

While presenting or sharing the screen, we cannot copy and paste the content. They should include this feature for the solution similar to Webex and Zoom. Also, there could be AI features as well.

Teams' setup is easy and takes less than a day to complete. There isn't much configuration involved since everything is on the cloud. The solution's deployment is not a rocket science. 

The solution's pricing is fair enough and not expensive. Teams' licensing costs are yearly. However, Zoom is less expensive. 

I would rate the product a nine out of ten. You will get the full benefits of the solution if you use collaboration and document management. 

The product helps to create meetings and share data through SharePoint. 

 SharePoint is the most important thing of the solution where you can share your data. I am also impressed with the real-time transcript feature. 

The product should improve its pricing.

I would rate the solution a nine out of ten. Teams is the best compared to Zoom or Google Meet since it is easy to use. You need to take the whole package of Microsoft 365 and get Teams easily integrated with it. It's not necessary to buy individual licenses for Teams. 

I used Microsoft Teams for work, and I like the usability of the solution here in Brazil. A lot of my colleagues always complain about Microsoft Teams, saying that the solution wastes a lot of machine capability, but I don't have a problem with that. Microsoft Teams works just fine with Outlook, and I have no problem using the solution. I like how sharing the screen or specific windows with Microsoft Teams is easy. I have no problem with the stability of the solution.

We have an open team; other organizations can find and talk to us on Microsoft Teams. We don't have to talk about work using other solutions like WhatsApp. We choose WhatsApp because it's easier for us. However, when I want to speak about something more confidential, I do it on Microsoft Teams. Whenever I talk to a partner, we talk on Microsoft Teams, as our platforms are open to each other. I utilize Microsoft Teams to discuss confidential matters.

What I use the most is the plugin or the optimization feature. When I want to create a meeting on Outlook, I can automatically share the Microsoft Teams link.

Microsoft Teams should include the possibility of creating questionnaires or polls during webinars, whereby the people watching can answer the questionnaires in real time.

File sharing is the most valuable feature. It is so simple to send a file in chat or a team’s site. It is very useful.

To Do tasks’ ease of use should be improved. It should be simplified. The product should also enable users to mention people on tasks.

Microsoft Teams is user-friendly and flexible. I like its SharePoint feature also. 

We face issues related to screen-sharing and stability. It is very difficult to get Microsoft's support to troubleshoot the issues. The product also needs to update its recording features.
