I used Microsoft Teams for work, and I like the usability of the solution here in Brazil. A lot of my colleagues always complain about Microsoft Teams, saying that the solution wastes a lot of machine capability, but I don't have a problem with that. I have no problem with the stability of the solution.

A scalable solution that can be used to discuss confidential matters among organizations
Pros and Cons
- "What I use the most is the plugin or the optimization feature."
- "Microsoft Teams should include the possibility of creating questionnaires or polls during webinars, whereby the people watching can answer the questionnaires in real time."
What is our primary use case?
How has it helped my organization?
We have an open team; other organizations can find and talk to us on Microsoft Teams. We don't have to talk about work using other solutions like WhatsApp. We choose WhatsApp because it's easier for us. However, when I want to speak about something more confidential, I do it on Microsoft Teams. Whenever I talk to a partner, we talk on Microsoft Teams, as our platforms are open to each other. I utilize Microsoft Teams to discuss confidential matters.
What is most valuable?
What I use the most is the plugin or the optimization feature. When I want to create a meeting on Outlook, I can automatically share the Microsoft Teams link.
What needs improvement?
Microsoft Teams should include the possibility of creating questionnaires or polls during webinars, whereby the people watching can answer the questionnaires in real time.
