The Veeam Backup solution is very good for big enterprises and complex infrastructures. The main reason we are using Veeam is for end users.

Once you set it up, it works very well. You do not have to go back to reconfigure it– it is very easy to use.

I have been working with Veeam Backup for Office 365 for a couple of years.

It is a stable solution.

It is a scalable solution. I would rate it a ten out of ten.

Veeam has a great tech support team.

The initial setup is straightforward and does not take long.

We use a yearly subscription. However, I believe the price could be lower.

We are using Veeam for our customers. It's used for backups and disaster recovery.

It works well. It's very good for backups.

I did not participate in the initial setup of the product. We have a separate team that handles deployment. That said, my understanding is that it is a simple setup.

Five to six people tend to handle the deployment process. We might have as many as ten people in our organization that can handle the requisite tasks.

They have newer Pulse licensing that is better. However, our clients do look at the pricing and feel it is too high. The licenses are paid every three years. 

I have compared Veeam to other products, and I found it to be more stable and reliable.

Our primary use case for this solution is performing backups.

I rate this solution a seven out of ten. The solution is good but can be improved by reviewing the price. I advise users considering the product to have at least 30 to 60 days of testing.

The most valuable feature of Veeam Backup for Office 365 is its performance. Additionally, the user interface and documentation are easy to use and navigate.

Veeam Backup for Office 365 can improve by adding more features with Microsoft teams. We have many files that we are working on with Microsoft teams and there should be more integration and features.

I have been using Veeam Backup for Office 365 for approximately two months.

We install Veeam Backup for Office 365 in every system. We use the system application for taking the backups.

The most valuable feature of Veeam Backup for Office 365 is the backups, we do not want to lose any files. Each one of the files is updated on a regular long-term basis and kept together in the Microsoft cloud-only.

Veeam Backup for Office 365 can improve by reducing the time it takes for backups. I have mentioned this to Veeam and hopefully, in the next version, it will be a faster backup.

In a future release of Veeam Backup for Office 365, they could improve the dashboard to show simple task information.

I have been using Veeam Backup for Office 365 for three months.

Veeam Backup for Office 365 is a scalable solution.

We have 14 people using this solution in my organization.

When we purchased the solution nobody gave us a demo solution for us to test. We had to contact the support for them to help us.

The price of Veeam Backup for Office 365 is inexpensive. We have a license to use the solution.

My advice to others is they have to make sure the backups they are doing are done correctly. If anything is missing you need to check them.

I rate Veeam Backup for Office 365 a five out of ten.

We use this product to back up our Office 365 files, such as those in Exchange, OneDrive, and SharePoint.

The most valuable feature is that we don't need different agents to back up our files from different accounts.

The price could be reduced to make it more competitive.

We would like to have a single management console for all of our backups.

I have been working with the Veeam Backup for Office 365 for six months.

This is a stable backup product.

It is scalable when we are doing the initial full backup. We can scale horizontally as we need to.

I have not had any issues that necessitated calling technical support.

It is not the cheapest solution in the market.

As a customer, you don't have the required protection of your data when you use 365. There are two possibilities; Veeam Backup and Veritas SaaS Backup. The difference between the two is that Veeam Backup gives you the option to backup your data from the cloud to on-premises.

This solution could provide the option to choose a different storage areas. When you backup data, you have different types of backup and you have the possibility to pay for different levels of target storage. For example, when you use storage in the cloud, you can have a different storage classes with degrees of performance. This solution does provide the option to choose a different target of storage. 

It would be good if we could provide our customers with a possibility, using this tool, to back up additional data using less expensive storage (like AWS Glacier does). 

This solution would be improved if our customers could simplify their graphic user interface and for it to be more user-friendly. 

We have used this solution for two years. 

I would rate this solution a seven out of ten. 

The most valuable aspect of Veeam is its stability.

Veeam's performance is inconsistent. 

We've been selling Veeam Backup for Office 365 for two years.

Veeam support is good.

Installing Veeam is pretty straightforward.

The license is monthly.

I rate Veeam for Office 365 seven out of 10. I would recommend it to others. 

We primarily use the solution for backup. We leverage it for security reasons so that we feel safe about the security of our data. Microsoft doesn't guarantee anything. If they lose your data, then they lose your data, and that's it. This gives us a sense that we won't lose anything if something happens. 

The solution provides good backup services for Microsoft 365.

The product has been stable so far. 

I'm confident that the solution can scale as needed. 

The installation could always be a little bit easier. You do need to be a bit technical.

You only need one person to handle the deployment and maintenance tasks. It doesn't require a big team. They need to be a bit technical, however, it's not too complex.

You do need a license in place to use the solution. In our case, we pay a yearly licensing fee.

We primarily install the solution for our clients. 

The solution is used for backup purposes, specifically for Office 365. By default, depending on how it is configured, it will back up every eight to ten days. Beyond that, if you need specific mail recovery or complete mail recovery, you can do that as well. 

Overall, it's a very good product.

I have found the solution to be very stable. 

They offer a very good management console. With the dashboard, you can understand exactly what is going on in your infrastructure in relation to backup and recovery aspects. 

While I don't have a use case in mind, it would be great if they could integrate more automation capabilities into the solution. 

Integration with other products could be improved. 

The solution is stable. There were previous issues, however, now the issues are sorted out. Now we can take the file backups, and NAS backups specifically. While streamlining or fine-tuning is still required, they're working on that. 

Its performance is good. There are no bugs or glitches. It doesn't crash or freeze. 

We have installed the solution for three or four customers.

I've dealt with Veeam support in the past, not necessarily for this product. However, it's my understanding that the support would be the same for Veeam across all products and I don't have any complaints with their level of responsiveness or helpfulness. That said, they could always improve their level of service. 

The initial setup is pretty straightforward. You have to install the console and everything is there. It is just a console installation. There are only three or four clicks and you are done. However, everything goes on the cloud. That is how we have configured. 

It is not a huge task to configure O365. If you know how to do that particular thing, it's hardly a half-day's worth of work. In one instance, we had three, One storage and NetApp storage devices and 50 mailboxes, and two or three servers. That was the infrastructure. The deployment for that took half a day.

I can handle the deployment and maintenance aspects of the solution on my own. You only need one person.

As integrators, we help our clients install the solution.

The solution is subscription only. That said, you have to procure the licenses separately. So O365 licenses are separate and Veeam licenses are separate. 

If someone has O365 or any other mail solutions, they should definitely go for Veeam.

I'd rate the solution at an eight out of ten. I've been pretty happy with its capabilities. I'd recommend the solution to other users and organizations.
