Good support for add-ons, very stable, and ideal for SMBs
Pros and Cons
  • "Add-ons that can be implemented are most valuable."
  • "It could have RPA automation and RPA elements. There could also be add-ons for a Document Management System and Warehouse Management System."

What is our primary use case?

We are a reseller, and it is used in different industries, such as the manufacturing industry, perfume industry, steel fabrication, distribution, etc.

We are selling both on-premises and cloud versions, but it is more on-premises.

What is most valuable?

Add-ons that can be implemented are most valuable.

What needs improvement?

It could have RPA automation and RPA elements. There could also be add-ons for a Document Management System and Warehouse Management System.

For how long have I used the solution?

We have been selling SAP Business One for the last five years.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

It is very stable.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

It is scalable. You can add any number of users.

It is ideal for the mid-sized market. In Dubai, there are a lot of SMBs, and it is ideal for them.

How are customer service and support?

We are providing the support, and we get good support from SAP. I am satisfied with their performance.

How was the initial setup?

It is straightforward. Its implementation takes about two months.

For its implementation, from the client-side, we need about three people. One finance manager should be there.

What other advice do I have?

I would recommend this solution. I would recommend looking at the case studies and implementations done by a reseller. You should see if they have implemented it in a similar industry. You should also write a list of your specific requirements on paper.

I would rate it a nine out of 10.
