I have been using Microsoft 365 as it operates in the background and integrates with my other Microsoft apps. It is something that we have because I use Microsoft products for all my work.
How has it helped my organization?

What needs improvement?
The main issue is with the Microsoft Authenticator, which sometimes does not work as expected, causing a hassle. Additionally, Microsoft Defender sometimes does not work well with other antivirus software, causing conflicts. I often end up using Google Authenticator as an alternative.
