We use Webex for virtual meetings.

We have actually shifted from Webex to Teams. It was a company decision made by a few of the managers. To make Webex more competitive, I would suggest lowering the price and providing some of the same features that are in Teams or Zoom.

We have a yearly license. I think the price of Webex could be cheaper. 

I rate Webex seven out of 10.

Webex can be used useful for virtual meetings.

Webex's clarity is good for video and audio. I have found it better than Zoom. We can receive notifications of meetings which is helpful.

I have been using Webex for approximately three years.

I have found the solution to be stable.

We have almost all of the employees at my organization is using Webex.

I have used Zoom previously.

The installation is straightforward, and only takes a couple of minutes to install.

The price of the license for the solution could be less expensive.

I would recommend this solution to others.

The vendor who supports me uses Webex for technical support. They set up Webex, and we are able to connect with each other. Some people use Webex to do sales pitch presentations for various solutions. They send me a Webex link, and I can join and have our conversation.

Webex is a collaboration tool that helps you with remote support and collaboration.

The solution's initial setup process is lengthy. The tool takes a bit of time to download. When you are at the tail end of starting up a meeting, installing Webex will delay you.

The solution's stability is great during meetings unless there are network fluctuations, in which case you start having the usual problems.

The solution needs to make the installer packages lighter. This would reduce the turnaround time to download, which would speed up the installation.

The solution's video conferencing quality is great, and I rate it a seven out of ten.

Overall, I rate the solution an eight out of ten.

The most valuable feature is Webex's user-friendly video conferencing.

One area that could use improvement in Webex is the connection speed. There are times when the platform feels a bit slow, which impacts the overall experience.
